L hôtel est très beau, situé dans un endroit très calme dans une petite ville/village vers Coimbra.

A decoração parece datada ao gosto do início do século e não no melhor sentido. Algo desapontante para um hotel inaugurado em 2019.
Instalações, principalmente a piscina.
Infelizmente, ficamos instalados num quarto rodeado por um grupo de hóspedes cujo comportamento não foi minimamente adequado para o tipo de hotel em questão. Estivemos acordados até às 4h a ouvir gritos, corridas pelos corredores, mexidas na porta do quarto e afins. Tal comportamento absolutamente inadmissível também se verificou na piscina. Isso fez com que esta estadia se tornasse numa péssima experiência. Um hotel palácio de 4 estrelas não deveria permitir este tipo de situações.
Espaço muito bonito, quartos grandes e confortáveis. Ótima piscina exterior e garagem interior.
Funcionários muito simpáticos.
Os quartos precisam de uns arranjos de pormenor. Os funcionários do bar, restaurante, bar da piscina são muito novos e por vezes a inexperiência não ajuda (serviço um pouco lento do que o expectável e algumas regras de hotelaria em falta).
