No staff onsite overnight. Did not feel safe here
Pros:

Hotel appears to be undergoing refurbishment. No staff on duty overnight so 1.30am fire alarm was a very frightening experience. Waited outside for 1.5hrs with 2 other guests not knowing what was happening. Made it hard to feel safe after that.

Cons:

How did it get a 3 star rating? I don't think you should be listing a hotel of such poor quality.

Chambre chaude et étouffante (moustiques si on ouvre la fenêtre)
La chambre 8 sert d’issues de secours, à éviter car la clé est dans une boîte accrochée au mur.
2 lits très étroits. Ça ressemble à une chambrée de l’armée
Boutons de lumières mal foutus l’un allume le générale, l’autre une des lampe de chevet
Durant la nuit, vers 2:00 Alarme incendie sans personne pour intervenir et l’acquitter après vérification, j’en ai eut marre, j’ai quitter l’établissement à 3:00 pour dormir dans la voiture plus,loin, avec Clim et sans moustiques (ils auraient pu mettre des moustiquaires) et un ventilateur

Мы гостили с друзьями. У нас был номер DeLux, а у наших друзей стандартный двухместный номер. В комнате было очень душно. Кондиционера не было, поэтому решили открыть окно, проветрить. И вот тут мы впервые увидели что-то невероятное. Окно открывалось не на улицу, а в столовую. Любой человек из столовой мог заглянуть в наш номер! Поэтому пришлось задёрнуть шторы обратно и остаться без свежего воздуха! Мы впервые видели гостиницу в три звезды, где не было элементарных вещей: мыла, одноразовых тапочек, шампуня. Держатель душа (в ванной комнате DeLux!) был поломанный, поэтому пришлось изворачиваться, когда принимали душ, одновременно придерживая стеклянную шторку, которая постоянно пыталась складываться обратно! Изоляция страшная. Полная слышимость из соседней комнаты. Пришлось попросить соседей говорить тише. И вся эта "благодать" стоила EUR131,00 за ночь за каждый номер! Такая "гостиница" не стоит даже EUR20,00. Мы отказались от завтрака EUR14,00 на человека - круассан с джемами и какие-то сендвичи.

Le montant réglé sur place n'était pas celui annoncé par booking. Le prix attractif n'a pas été respecté. Attention pour les futurs clients de cet hôtel.

Bon accueil, Bon emplacement.

Cons:

Petit déjeuné ( très simpliste ) la personne préposée n' est pas capable de cuire deux oeufs sur le plat, Fenêtre de la chambre qui ne ferme pas et qui donne sur l'arrière d'une grande télé dans une salle pas de vue sur l'extérieur. Impossible de faire tenir le pommeau de douche sur son attache car détériorée.
