It was decorated nicely and was clean.
We booked a twin room but were given a double which was very uncomfortable particularly given that the room was incredibly hot and we had only been provided with a tiny fan. My brother ended up sleeping on the floor as we were so uncomfortable. Very disappointing as wouldn’t have booked if it were a double.

Room on 3rd floor was insufferably hot, completely unacceptable. The fan provided didn't even put out cold air. It was like sleeping in a sauna

The hotel is close to restaurants, lots of choice. Walking from the hotel is good and it was well positioned for my meetings. Once I'd got used to the novelty of no reception etc. I found the experience of staying there excellent. Parking was not a challenge.
There was nothing I didn't like. The challange was findning the front door, finding the key locker, but, as a typical male, my problem was I hadn't read through all the instructions! I learnt by error. The decor was a bit tired, the rooms adequate, the view out of my room excellent. Good shower, great towels.
