Brilliant location, easy to find and definitely going back.
Pros:

Location, cleanliness, bright rooms

Cons:

Not a dislike, feedback as pillows quite firm. Maybe one firm one soft for all sleepers?

More of a bunk house than a hotel. Noisy. Grotty.

The mini lockers to get your key.

Cons:

Didn’t feel secure and is more like a bunk house than a hotel - no reception desk and front door left open, I locked my belongings in the car when I went out. Bathroom was grotty. Hand marks on walls and dirty finger prints all over door. Was extremely noisy not just with clubs and pubs and screaming and shouting - this from a top floor room until 3am. Our other room wasn’t street facing but was claustrophobic and didn’t feel very safe if a fire - no fire escape. The bistro opposite they’re attached to started dragging tables and chairs out at 6am. When approached about the issues the staff didn’t care and lacked responsibility as I didn’t book direct but through Booking.com pretty grim experience all round if I’m honest.

Golf weekend, perfect location and vibrant square just near hotel.
Pros:

Location excellent right in centre of Lytham near all restaurants etc.
Rooms were very clean and spacious with lovely bathrooms.
Continental breakfast delivered to room and tea and coffee machine facilities in room.

Cons:

Nothing, we were very happy.

Excellent good value for money would go back and recommend to others
Pros:

Great location, easy check in, everything we needed in a room, very clean

Cons:

There was a musty smell when you first go in the hall perhaps the stair carpet has been damp at some point. But once you got past that it was all good.

Everything you needed. Lovely continental breakfast awaits outside in the morning.

Nice, convenient location
Pros:

Close to the town centre, nice large room

Cons:

The tv didn’t work and we couldn’t use Netflix. We called reception but they said it should be working, so we gave up

Good location, self check in clean hotel
Pros:

Location. Close to all shops, restaurants and attractions. (Paid) car parking 2 minutes away. Small room but good use of space. Very clean and modern bathroom.

Cons:

Limited breakfast, delivered to room, but included in price. Number of cafés nearby.

Don’t stay here during hot weather

Cons:

It was unbearably hot. We needed a fan. Couldn’t sleep, the blind didn’t open so in the evening when it went cooler we couldn’t get any air in.

It’s great place to stay for local activities, places and events.
Pros:

It was really well placed for our stay

Cons:

While it fulfilled our expectations there was just one thing that could be improved. It’s a difficult one to do: due to the weather being unusually hot for England, an air conditioner would have made the room temperature better.

Also, the noise outside the window on the Saturday was terrible. I looked out at 1am and there were 4 policemen lining the opposite pavement
