Pros:

Персонал. В этом отеле все было хорошо, но отношение персонала - лучшее. Персонал ретцепшина отличные . Всегда интересовались все ли в порядке, и оперативно отвечали на вопросы и дополнительные просьбы. В номере все очень чисто и аккуратно.

Неплохой ресторан, размер и удобство номера

Cons:

Завтрак, который включён в проживание, при таком ресторане откровенно скудный. И выбора нет вообще - один набор блюд. Разочаровало. Не понимаю, почему нельзя просто давать 3..4 варианта из меню?

Pros:

Завтрак нормальный, но начинается слишком поздно, в 8.00. Один день пришлось отказаться от завтрака, так как надо было выйти из отеля в 8.00

Cons:

Начинать завтрак с 7.00. Сделать так, чтобы работал кондиционер. В платяном шкафу, в номере, была всего одна вешалка. В номере, к сожалению, нет прикроватного освещения, приходилось пользоваться светом в телефоне. Чтобы выключить свет, надо встать с кровати.

Номер просто огромный!
Все чисто и аккуратно. Прекрасные кровати и бельё. Есть халаты)))

Cons:

Нет шампуня, геля для душа, зубной щетки и т.д.
