Basic accomodation okay for price. Restaurant and spa were standout. Great location.
Pros:

Associated Thai resturant has the best food in Ohakune. Made use of the health Spa and spa pool, which were both great. Shower was okay and bed was comfortable.

Cons:

It is noisy you could hear neighbouring rooms and talking in corridor. Bed head shook when doors were closed. most facilities were showing age and needed updating.

Pros:

We liked the location very much. Walking distance to all amenities. Great to have a discount on a Thai restaurant and a massage. It is warm enough in the rooms with comfortable heating for the winter. Also, we liked the fireplace in the kitchen. Friendly staff. Beautiful gardens and yard.

Cons:

The rooms are small and basic. May need a bit of modernisation.

Cons:

No room service , we had to stayed in dirty room so we had to check out one day earlier. So we request for refund our money. As I have paid for insured trip. And we had to shorten our trip.
The bathroom sink was flooding
Kitchen floor wasn’t clean
Rooms heating system was poor
One of toster not working in the kitchen
Smelly toilet

Pros:

The location was good and the price. The room was warm and clean. Staff were friendly.

Cons:

No net on window, our room was near walk way, no privacy if blind up. Bunk bed ladder was broken, no toilet door lock, the blind in bathroom was broken. Really wish it had small kitchenette area. Room small but cosy.

Pros:

Beautiful room, clean with everything that you need. The meals at the Rice Restaurant were amazing. Large meals for great prices. We loved the 10% discount for guest and happy hour for cocktails were great. A beautiful view of the mountain for the front table.
We also booked the spa and sauna they were great. Clean facilities with a very large share kitchen. Amazing location with great views
