Für del Preis hat die Unterkunft stark enttäuscht. Nur die Lage war gut.
Pros:

Die laage war gut. Teilweise schön designed.

Cons:

Wäsche Service extra irreführend was die Preisgestaltung angeht, auch mit nachfragen wurde nicht klar geantwortet. Der Preis kam erst am Ende und war absurd zu viel und wurde auch nicht auf nachfragen begründet.
Bad riecht gammelig und es gibt Schimmel.
Räume sind nicht gut eingerichtet und ausgeleuchtet.

Pros:

Good location. Walking distance to Blok M & train station.

No proper restaurant, cafe to have your breakfast. Only room delivery & limited choices.

Primo giorno del arrivo era veramente molto male!!Formiche in tutta la camera anche nell’ letto!Abbiamo chiamato la reception e ci hanno cambiato la camera con balcone senza luce perché c’era solo un muro di fronte!Nella camera non c’era acqua calda!abbiamo fatto doccia col Aqua FREDDA!!!!!Giorno dopo nuova camera ancora.Quello che mi fa arrabbiare è che nessuno dopo questo giorno non ha detto nulla nemmeno offrire qualsiasi cosa.Le parole mi dispiace o scusa non conosco propio!stanno in silenzio come che fossi non è successo nulla e tutto a posto!!

部屋も広く、スタッフもみんな親切で複数回、宿泊しています。ひとつだけ、かなり深刻な問題を指摘すると、
アメニティのシャンプーが酷すぎます。おそらくハンドソープと同じものなのではないでしょうか。
泡立ちも悪い上、紙がバサバサになります。普段、そんな事を気にしない短髪、天然パーマの男性の自分が言うのですから、一般的な女性にとってはこれだけで2度と来ない理由になると思いますので、今すぐに変更するべきです。さらに複数回の宿泊いずれもポンプからなかなかシャンプーが出ないのでおそらくポンプそのものが欠陥なのだと思います。すぐに改善できる事なのでお願いします。

Pros:

great hotel. the management gave us complimentary early check in and we requested and arranged an airport transfer through them with a reasonable fees. driver came and early and picked us up from the airport and the whole journey was smooth and easy.

Pros:

Laundry service is limited to 3 items per day, which is not much for a 10-night stay. There is no washing machine, so at least 5 items of service are needed. I would stay there again if they had better laundry service.

全体的に快適です
Pros:

2日以上滞在する際は、快適に過ごせると思います。

良い点：部屋が広い。ベッドが大きい。冷蔵庫がある。キッチンがある。湯船がある。植物がある側の部屋は日当たりが良く目覚めも良い。フロントスタッフのサービスが全体的に良い。（チェックアウト後、タクシーを呼んでくれた。）

改善して欲しい点：シャンプーポンプ出が悪く、ノズルごと開けて使用したので、よく出る物に変えて欲しい。コンディショナーも置いて欲しい。クローゼットのハンガーを3本増やして欲しい。タオルが少し厚く使いずらいので、柔らかいものが希望。

一階のイタリアンレストランも美味しいので、また宿泊滞在したいと思います。
