Melhor hotel que fiquei!!!
Pros:

De todos os serviços oferecidos do hotel, muito bem cuidado e tratado, nota 10 é pouco, pelo que fizeram por mim. Agradeço de coração a todos os funcionários do Hotel Paulistano da Tua Urupiara, vocês são maravilhosos, me ganharam em tudo, na próxima, vocês serão os primeiros a procurar!!!! Pros:

Recepcionistas muito atenciosas e prestativa, custo benefício muito bom, região silenciosa, quarto super confortável.

Cons:

Café da manhã achei um pouquinho fraco, mas não estava ruim, tudo muito bom, organizado, limpo e fresquinho. Só poderia ter frios para colocar no pão.

Arrependimento total.
Pros:

Nada. A localização é próxima ao Anhembi e rodoviária. Mas não vale a pena. Rua perigosa segundo os taxistas.

Cons:

Quarto sujo, visivelmente sem ter sido bem varrido ou passado pano. Banheiro com alguns cabelos pelo chão. SEM BOX OU CORTINA no banheiro, molhando todo chão, e indo em direção ao quarto. O pano de chao servia apenas pra conter um pouco da água. Secar os pés pra quê? Ralo da pia IMUNDO, com crosta de limo/sujeira. Torneira quebrada. Sifão embaixo da pia visivelmente sujo. Pia fora do banheiro.
Cheiro de Mofo no quarto. Ventilação péssima e janela horrível pra fechar, cheia de frestas.
Não havia coberta suficiente. Apenas 1 no quarto e não tinha mais no hotel. Cobertor duro e seco.
Nos quartos se ouve tudo que acontece, ronco de outros hóspedes, banhos, ligações telefônicas, etc.
INTERNET WIFI NÃO PEGA NO QUARTO QUE FIQUEI, COMO TAMBÉM 4/5G DA OPERADORA DE CELULAR .
Café da manhã: simplesmente quase inexistente. Havia pão francês (seco por estar exposto ao ar), margarina (não havia mais nada para passar no pão, nem frios ou geleia). Um bolo de sabor duvidoso e ruim por sinal. E uns saquinhos (apenas em 1 dia vi) com 2 paes de queijo (ruins). Pratos de plástico e talheres amassados e mal lavados. Esponja na cozinha já devia estar fazendo aniversário. Cozinha suja, armários sujos.
Chuveiro elétrico não esquenta o suficiente, e para esquentar tem que cair pouca água.
Eu não me importo em ficar em locais simples, já fiquei em hotéis de estrada, muito simples, até mais do que esse. Mas ser simples não significa precisar ser relaxado. Horrível estadia, dormi super mal com os barulhos vindos dos outros quartos, cama com cheiro ruim. Não há nenhum local para colocar a mala.
Quarto que fiquei era claustrofóbico e pequeno.
Pior estadia de toda minha vida.

ELES PEDEM O PAGAMENTO INTEGRAL NO CHECK-IN, para vc não querer voltar embora quando ver o quarto.

Atendimento péssimo. Nunca deveria poder ser chamado de hotel. Era praticamente uma esp3lunca. Não indico a ninguém
