Fantastic value, brilliant hot spring
Pros:

Location was fantastic, less than two minutes walk from the train station. The cleanliness is crazy, not a speck of dust anywhere, and the onsen was immaculately clean and well stocked with amenities. Incredibly quiet, very friendly and helpful staff (with great English for when I ran out of Japanese), super close to a major bus terminal.

Cons:

We got the cheapest room, with two twin beds. There is no space to put a suitcase which is a shame, and the TV is in a peculiar spot. It's summer now, so we would have liked to have stronger air conditioning. Our windows have film to obscure the view, which isn't a major let down as there isn't much scenery here.

大満足です
Pros:

温泉が素敵でした。また脱衣所も広く快適でした。
無料でいただけるアイスがあり、子供も大満足でした。
フロントの方達や朝食時のスタッフの方達、みなさん素敵な接客をされ快適に過ごせました。

Cons:

テレビのリモコンの電池が切れそうなのか分かりませでしたが、反応があまり良くなかったです。
