Pros:

Shirley made us feel welcome even before we arrived and made sure all our needs are catered for. The staff were very friendly, Linda decorated our room for my wife's birthday and David, the chef made the most delicious food. The room was spacious, luxurious and neat. Huge bath tub and shower with scented body wash, lotion, conditioner ect.

If you're looking for luxury surrounded by trees as a base to explore Hoedspruit and Kruger
Pros:

True to pictures and description, and with a viewing deck providing view over the truly well preserved bush of the estate. Lovely pool. Rooms/suites most definitely luxurious and decor and design in good taste. Really nothing to fault. We enjoyed breakfast AND dinner under the trees - atmospheric and wonderful. Food well prepared and with care - thanks Constance! Really nothing to fault.

Cons:

The location is indicated as a "bush villa" in Hoedspruit Wildlife Estate. Which might to some, if you are not careful, create the impression of more secluded in-the-bush-experience, which it is unfortunately not, as the neighbours are very close and voices can be heard. The offering for game drives is not on site. True that animals (we saw 1 giraffe, 1 nyala, 1 duiker and 2 hedgehogs) are free roaming in the estate, but dont be under the impression that you are visiting a lodge in a game reserve. Dinner option definitely overpriced in comparison and despite the excellent quality of food and preparation.

We booked this accommodation last minute due to the weather changing our plans and I could not recommend the villa more
Pros:

Rooms were lovely, and the bath and outdoor shower were particular highlights. The outdoor pool and viewing terrace of the animals was also great. The main highlight was the breakfast - we were spoilt with two courses by the chef which were both so tasty. Lastly the friendliness of the staff made us feel so welcome and at home during our stay, including helping us book a last minute safari tour much was arranged seamlessly.

Cons:

Nothing - we would go back in a heartbeat!

Nous avons passé un super séjour !
Le personnel était au petit soin, accueillant et toujours disponible.
Le chef nous a régalé tant au dîner qu'au petit déjeuner.
La chambre était magnifique avec sa douche extérieure, mais aussi intérieure accompagnée d'une baignoire.
Nous avons eu un invité sous la terrasse pour notre plus grand plaisir.
A 1 heure de route de la porte Orpen du Parc Kruger.

Perfect stay
Pros:

A truly exceptional place to relax. We were the only guests that evening and Gary looked after us. A sensational breakfast was served the next morning. We’ll be back!!!

Amazing stay, the food is michelin star here
Pros:

The property is absolutely beautiful, our room was very nice and spacious. We loved the attentiveness of the staff - so warm, very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend this property. I appreciate how they trained their cleaning staff - they clean the rooms thoroughly each day, like mopping, wiping down etc.

Then the star of the stay - Chef Connie😍😍. We have our breakfast and dinners for the 3 nights with her and what a wonder. Every meal was cooked to perfection. Even on the night they served fish and my husband requested an alternative, she did pork belly for him that I was jealous of.

The viewing deck is also a gem
