Beautiful and quiet
Pros:

The location is unbeatable on Salamanca Place. The room design and colour scheme was beautiful. The bed was super comfy and the shower rainhead was fabulous. Wvery single staff member we came across was friendly.

Cons:

I was looking forward to a Green wall view from our window but being allocated to floor 3 meant we had a concrete wall instead. In saying that the position of our room was to the rear of building which made it super quiet.

Fantastic
Pros:

Moss Hotel is gorgeous and in a fantastic location. Salamanca Market was right outside the door. Lots of eateries, pubs & bars were steps away. Our room was comfortable with a beautiful garden outside the window. It was also very quiet, which was surprising given everything going on outside.

the room we were given was noisy (there was a music festival on) but we were quickly moved when i mentioned it to the very helpful receptionist

Absolutely divine hotel, best location and super stylish finishes.
Pros:

Location, style, design, staff.. I can’t say enough lovely things! It was such a great stay.

Cons:

Long life milk is a bit of a shame, we had just come from a hotel that served fresh Tasmania milk for tea and coffee in the room. I think The Moss should be doing the same.

Pros:

Location was perfect, service was excellent and rooms were clean and modern and super comfortable. Really well thought out and designed. They even found somewhere for us to park our van!
