We had a very large and comfortable room, well furnished with elegant design taste. Bed was excellent. Car park solution was easy.

The bathroom floor had toothpaste and something else under the sink. The spout of the sink is very loose.
Perfect location, great staff, very clean and just a lovely hotel with great interior design to give it a cozy atmosphere
Great location above Salamanca Place. Stylish rooms reflecting the heritage of the building. We were above the pubs on the Square so very noisey until the early hours ,despite double glazing of the large window. No toaster nor kitchenette. Room service not available, nor are there spaces to sit within the hotel. Parking is available for a fee, the block around the corner in really tiny car spots.Book ahead. it is a short stay property in our view.

As it was overcast during our stay, we found the room slightly dark at times, a bit more light near the bag storage area would have been helpful
It is a small hotel with interesting fresh plant walls and an attractive colour palette. Our room on the 5th floor at 25 Salamanca Place had a picture window with a lovely view of the Parliament House gardens, the wharf area and the mountains beyond. The carpeted floor in front of the window was an ideal spot for yoga in the mornings. The bed was very comfortable.
The hotel is very close to cafes and restaurants and an upmarket convenience store with local produce and wine. There is no restaurant or cafe and very limited communal space in the hotel. Having to go out for every meal is a bit limiting in cold rainy weather but they do provide large umbrellas.
