Loved our short stay in this beautiful hotel!
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful hotel. The reception staff at no. 25 were lovely and made us feel welcome. The room was divine. Amazing location. The perfect start to our Tassie road trip.

Cons:

Only criticism is we struggled to find the property, which is probably an us-problem but more signage would be helpful.

Overall, good and clean, staff friendly and great centralised location.
Pros:

Good spacious room, clean. Excellent bathroom, shower was amazig.
Great convenient location. We hired a car, the parking was a bit inconveniet. Had to walk to another building to park.

Cons:

Bed was nice, but a bit too soft, causing me to sink in the middle. Curtains were a bit dated so not completely block out.

Stunning base in Hobart's old heart
Pros:

This was a wonderful and welcoming spot to spend a night in Hobart. We literally walked out the door to any number of bars, restuarants, walks, the harbour... We appreciated the history of the building and the incredible way the space has been used to create the hotel. The design is sophisticated and considered. Loved the toasty bathroom floor!

Pros:

We were so close to the harbour and yet it felt still so private. beautiful moody rooms too . There was a fantastic staff member too that helped us with details on good coffee, restaurants, walk tours, and went out of our way to show us our room. She really stood out to us.

Great location and lovely room.

Cons:

The room was very hot and the aircon had a lot of settings I couldn’t adjust. Although it’s winter, the room could have been a more ambient temperature. Otherwise everything was wonderful.
