Pros:

The staff were very welcoming and helpful.

Cons:

We had a dirty towel and the blinds were sticky and dirty. The bath/shower was shabby and there were cobwebs round the windows. Paint was peeling.

Great experience
Pros:

Great location, close to the station and to all amenities. Comfortable and very clean room. Quiet locale. Good bar and excellent food.

A central location in charming Woodbridge
Pros:

A very convenient location, both for exploring Woodbridge in foot, and for the short car drive to visit Sutton Hoo. A very spacious bathroom with claw-foot tub and separate shower, plus large bedroom.

Cons:

The convenience of the location (central town) made it extremely noisy at night, to the point where sleep was difficult (admittedly it was a weekend, and the Saturday night England had a football match!!)

Beautiful hotel in the town of Woodbridge, excellent facilities, the staff really kind and couldn't do enough for you. Great choice of food on their menu. Definitely come back again.

Great breakfast and dinner good. Staff very helpful. Good car parking.

Cons:

Room really hot and fan didn't really help. Bit more dusting needed! Bathroom needed a bit of a spruce up. A lot for a one night stay

Pros:

Staff was so kind and friendly. Location is great. I was there during a heat wave so very appreciative a large fan was provided. Breakfast also good with lots of choices.

Cons:

The shower is very strange. It turns on and off throughout a shower in surges. I know others had similar issues as well as temperature problems.

Location was perfect for a group of cyclists enjoying a week touring East Suffolk. Josh and his staff were superb, friendly and helpful, including secure bike storage and parking advice.
