Pros:

The rooms were great up to date furnishing very spacious and very clean. The cleaning woman that was on duty was so nice. She just welcomed us as we were coming down the corridor. Happy hour was great. And when the restaurant opens, it will even make the place better because you won't have to go out and search for a place to eat. Everything will be right there.. Would highly recommend this place.

Cons:

The breakfast bar was pitiful. If you could get on the long line to get your specialty eggs made was the only choice you had or just a piece of toast, bagel or banana. The hot bar was completely empty of food. Not sure if there wasn't enough help or enough food. Get out of here. When I checked in the young woman that checked us in made us stand there and wait because she was too busy talking to another staffer. I thought it was very inconsiderate and rude. Other employees I interacted with were wonderful.

The particular Embassy was nicer than other ones that I stayed at.

Always a great value (when there isn't a home football game), great breakfast and very comfortable.
Pros:

We love the location, being near where our family lives. The daily breakfast is excellent and a great value. We have always been happy with our stay.

Cons:

My only complalint about this property is that they allow smoking at the front doors. Loading/unloading your car next to someone smoking is not exactly enjoyable.

Front Desk persons attitude was not the best in the morning. The night we checked in they were great. Also the breakfast staff was great!

Pros:

The location was great, and it was easy to get to. I loved being on the ASU campus. It made getting my daughter after the game much easier.

Cons:

We were right by the elevator, so it was a little noisy. We could also hear the party going downstairs from the living room. It wasn't loud enough to want to move rooms, and you couldn't hear it as well in the bedroom..

Will absolutely return, but hope to actually get the room we booked
Pros:

Breakfast is large with lots of options and eating space. Rooms appear to be updated and have great amenities

Cons:

We booked a king suite, but when we checked in we were given a room with two queen beds. We called the front desk and they relocated us to a king studio suite without the adjoining living area. This would've been fine, but we went from a quiet hall to one fully booked with young families. Not a real issue, but it was mildly disruptive

Very nice hotel. Disappointed with pool and jacuzzi.
Pros:

Very nice, clean, comfortable rooms. The entire hotel was very nice. The breakfast buffet was really good.

Cons:

We were traveling with grandkids. We booked this hotel for the indoor pool. Unfortunately, the water too cold to swim in. Several others came in and left because of cold water. Also, the jacuzzi was out of order. Neither were posted on the website or at the hotel. This normally doesn’t bother me but, the little ones were really disappointed.
