Отель хороший, расположен в центре, рядом с отелем много ресторанов на любой вкус, продуктовые магазины, если что то надо купить.Неудобство для нас было в том, что надо было регистрироваться в одном здании, а номер находился на другой улице и надо было идти, а после перелета и с чемоданом это тяжеловато. И об этом нас предупредили не в момент заказа номера, а перед приездом. Это немного неудобно. Но это не сгладило хорошего впечатления. Не было лифта, для нас это плохо, так как мы путешествовали и чемодан был тяжелый. Но мы сами при заказе не обратили на это внимание, сами упустили. Но рецепционист любезно поднял нам чемодан на второй этаж. На следующий день поломался кондиционер, нам его очень быстро отремонтировали. Номер по размерам был маленький, но это особенность маленьких отелей Лондона, расположенных в старых зданиях. Кровати, матрасы, все хорошо, чистота, была кофемашина, хорошая современная душевая. Мы всем довольны. Если у вас небольшой чемодан - рекомендуем. )))))

Sauberes, großzügiges Zimmer, angenehme Betten, tolle Lage. Zimmer wie auf dem Foto. Die Koffer konnten zwischengelagert werden. Check in ein paar Minuten vom Townhouse in einem Partnerhotel; wussten wir aber vorher, deshalb kein Thema.

Cons:

Etwas hellhörig aber auf jeder Etage befinden sich nur 2 Zimmer also voll in Ordnung

La posizione della struttura dentro Westminster è eccezionale come punto di partenza per girare Londra. Ottimale la qualità della struttura, molto pulita, ottima manutenzione, tutto perfettamente funzionante. Abbiamo persino trovato le capsule del caffè Nespresso Borbone. Il portiere che ci ha accolto alle 22.00 è stato squisito, tipico inglese di altri tempi. Complimenti siamo stati come a casa. Grazie

A very memorable comfortable stay in a good area. Walking distance to Buckingham palace

Was quite compact but beautifully modern with a great shower and very welcome air conditioning.

Cons:

The air conditioner did make a loud noise every hour and half or so but small price to pay for how deliciously cold it was on a 31 degrees day

Pros:

Well placed. My room was reasonably clean (the carpet could do with a proper clean). And powerful shower. Air conditioning a welcome boon.

Cons:

The room could do with a deep clean. A lot of hair on the carpet. It was a bit over priced.
