Location is very central, very close to Victoria Station.
Room was very noisy, close to the main entrance door. All rooms doors are noisy. Could not sleep during night.
A guest has locked him outside the room and knocked at my door at 3 am asking for help since there is no reception in hotel and no phone to contact the main hotel at 5 mins walk.

Superb location with excellent sushi bar next door and close to Victoria
Very small room and narrow stairs down. We were in the basement room so quite dark
Bathroom, room, bedding, towels were very clean. Bed was very comfortable!
No elevator. Had to move all our luggage up very narrow stairs to the third floor.
The place was clean and comfortable.
We were on the third floor and the stairs were very narrow. And I wish I had known when I booked I needed to go to another location to get the key
The property was very clean on arrival, we were on the top floor. The room was good with a tv, coffee facilities, a lovely bathroom and comfortable bed. The air con worked well, keeping the room nice and cold while we were out. The location was great with shops near by and the tube very close.
The stay overall was fantastic. The only 2 things I didn’t enjoy was the fact that our air con would randomly start making a loud noise for a minute or so and then stop, this happened about every hour/hour and a half so we turned it off during the night.
The other thing, which is out of control for the staff, the walls were very thin, our last night we could hear everything going on in another room, we were unsure if it was the building attached to the hotel or a room in the hotel but they were having a lot of fun.
Location was fab and room was clean and functional
The room was very small, but was clean, comfortable and functional - apart from the hairdryer not working - which I didn't realised until I took a shower the morning before we left.
My main complaint is that we put the do not disturb sign on our door, looking forward to our first long lie in a long time (we have a 2 year old!) and this sign was ignored and we were rudely awakened at 10:30am (not that early I know but that's not the point) by maintenance wanting access to the room - they then said they would come back in an hour - but we left things in certain places to check and they definitely did not come back when we were out, so they woke us up totally unnecessarily. When I called the number to complain (there is no reception desk) I was told to email head office but that I might not even get a response, which I didn't. This is totally unsatisfactory as we were only there 2 nights and that was our only opportunity for a sleep and our wishes were ignored.
