Pros:

Good location. Dekat dgn MAHA Tower dan Pekan Kuah. Banyak food stalls dan restoran berdekatan yg walkinh distance. Walkable to Jetty dalam 30min. Berdepatan hotel ada tempat sewa moto dan kereta yg murah. Dengan dengan HIG Mall.

Cons:

Plug point jauh dgn katil. Have to sit atas lantai time cas telefon sambil scrolling. Lantai berdepan toilet licin sbb tak ada carpet or tak disediakan tuala atau alas kaki. Second day tu TV tak ada connection. Inform receptionist tp receptionist cuma bgtau technician tak ada. No effort utk membantu.

If given that room I would have stayed somewhere else on that island. Not worth the price.
Pros:

Clean room with carpeted floors.

Cons:

The compressor for the air-conditioning was placed right outside the room window. There were 3 compressors and the noise was unbearable. Earplugs needed for comfortable sleep. The hotel could place noise insulators for noise reduction. Had entered the hotel and was told by the concierge that the hotel was fully booked but booking.com showed that the were still rooms available.
