Otelin konumu oldukça güzeldi. Kaldığımız odanın teras manzarası, şehrin en güzel noktalarından birine bakıyordu. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi, destek talebinde bulunduğum her konuda oldukça yardımcı oldular. Tüm ekibe teşekkür ediyorum.
Otele gelmeden önce 5 yaşında bir çocuğum olduğunu belirtmiştim. İkinci yatak, odaya geldiğimizde hazırlanmıştı.
TV sisteminde, müşteri profili dikkate alınarak uluslararası yayın yapan kanallara (örneğin Türk kanalları vb.) yer verilmesi ve ayrıca Youtube gibi dijital uygulamaların bulunması, misafir deneyimi açısından önemli bir katma değer sağlayacaktır.
Breakfast was very good in choice and quality of menu.

Location
The pillows were very uncomfortable, there was hair in the bed, and porridge was not available at breakfast unless requested.

Lovely hotel, great location
Only a small thing - but room a little bit on the warm side and the thermostat was locked so we couldn’t turn it down.
The location is good - right in the downtown, but it is not very convenient because there is no direct access by car, so you have to walk a couple hundred meters with your luggage.
We didn’t notice any “boutique” sides of this hotel, but then again, we only stayed for one night. It was also unclear why the staff said that bringing outside food into the hotel wasn’t allowed.
