Excellent option for a short stay in the center of Belgrade
Pros:

The housekeeping staff was wonderful, doing everything quick and easy while we were at breakfast. Breakfast was very good and the time is convenient (7 till 10:30). Location is wonderful - right in the midst of the pedestrian historic area

Cons:

Maintenance could have some improvements. The TV was not working - front desk promised it to be fixed quickly, but it never was. The same with the drying rack in the bathroom. When we came the drainage in the shower was partly clogged and water spilled all over the floor - but it was cleaned quickly by the housekeeping staff.

Pros:

Великолепный отель в самом центре города в минуте ходьбы от площади Республика и остановки. Напротив находится Национальный музей. Шикарные завтраки, стильные номера с кофемашиной, чайником, постоянно пополняюшимися капсулами для кофе и пакетиками чая, кроме этого есть даже кондиционер для волос и лосьон для тела. Даже подарили билеты в Национальный музей. Но самое главное - прекрасный персонал, который сделал наше проживание еще более комфортным. Ребята - профессионалы. Отель настроен, чтобы вы остались максимально довольны.

Cons:

Все было замечательно. Если бы было больше десертов на завтраке - было бы вообще супер).

Tranquillo e ordinatissimo hotel in posizione eccezionale, ideale per riposo dalla vivacissima città
Pros:

L'hotel offre una posizione eccezionale in quanto situato su una strada inibita al traffico dei veicoli a lato della Piazza della Repubblica. Al suo fronte è situato il Museo Nazionale il cui biglietto viene omaggiato al momento del check in in hotel.
Pulizia perfetta delle stanze e di tutte le aree comuni.
Stanza grande e completa di ogni accessorio. Avrei gradito un materasso unico ma invece c'erano due singoli accostati che alla lunga non si sono rivelato comodissimi perché tendevano a separarsi eccessivamente.
Silenzio perfetto e completo in gita la struttura. Stanza perfettamente insonorizzata.
Possibilità di fruire della sauna, avvisando la reception 20 Min prima, e di una piccola palestra.
Colazione davvero buona sia salato che dolce. Eccellente l'insalata russa! Hanno una macchina per la caffetteria che è molto efficace e non fa affatto rimpiangere il barista. Molta varietà e continuo ricambio.
Personale sempre gentile e cordiale. Nulla da eccepire.

Cons:

Alcune piccole cose voglio segnalarle.
A parte la questione materassi di cui sopra sovente in camera c'era molto caldo, e più di una volta ho dovuto chiamare la reception affinché da remoto intervenissero. Sono state giornate torride però ho la sensazione che i comandi dell' aria presenti in stanza di fatto siano bypassati dalla direzione.
Ulteriore appunto. L'atmosfera dell' hotel è super tranquilla. Direi asettica. il bar della piccola hall non funziona mai ed appare desolato. Non sembra di stare insomma a Belgrado ma sembra qualsiasi posto. immagino che questo tipo di atmosfera sia voluto e possa piacere ad un certo tipo di clientela ma personalmente nei miei viaggi all' estero preferisco atmosfere più "calde".
La TV della stanza non è smart e funziona male spesso interrompendosi. Per vedere alcuni eventi di sport internazionale ho dovuto cercare altri luoghi.

Otel konum itibariyle meydana çok yakın ve sakin bir yer. Resepsiyondakiler de güler yüzlüler. Her gün odamız temizlendi. Kahvaltısı da güzeldi. Biz çok memnun kaldık.

Superb stay in the heart of Belgrade!
Pros:

The location is absolutely unbeatable. It sits right by Republic Square and Knez Mihailova, meaning you can walk everywhere, yet the rooms remain remarkably quiet and peaceful. The staff truly went above and beyond; they are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive 24/7. Our room was modern and featured an comfortable bed and a fantastic walk-in shower. The breakfast buffet was fresh and delicious with plenty of choices to kickstart the day.

Pros:

Konumu çok iyiydi. Oldukça merkezi bir yerde bulunmaktaydı. Otel temizdi, kahvaltı da oldukça çeşitliydi ve memnun ediciydi. Personeli oldukça güler yüzlüydü.

Cons:

Yatağı çift için tek yatak bekliyorduk. İki adet tek kişilik yatak birleştirilmiş. Eşimle çok zorlandık. Banyodan gelen nem kokusu bazen rahatsız ediciydi. Banyodaki havalandırmanın sürekli çalışması gerekiyordu.

Потрясающая чистота, комфорт и тишина. Это - высокий класс и самое центральное расположение.
Pros:

Просто самые наилучшие впечатления, а ведь это первое знакомство с Белградом! Я очень признательна всем службам отеля за возможность провести 2 дня в прекрасном, комфортном, стильном номере. В отеле гостеприимство на высочайшем уровне - от комплиментов (приветствия, кофе, вода и прочее) при заезде, до вручения в подарок билетов в Национальный музей (обошли его полностью в тот же день). Выше всяких похвал завтрак - шведский стол с большим количеством вкусных и разнообразных блюд. От души благодарю!

Такого нет. Все в комплексе - расположение, красота, качество номера, самого отеля, ресторана и гостеприимство персонала произвело самое прекрасное впечатление.

Все прекрасно: расположение, сервис, комфорт. Выбрали номер с балконом - вида на город с него нет, но посидеть вечером, когда нет жары, было очень приятно.
