NUNCA ME HOSPEDARÍA AHÍ !!!

La verdad era el único lugar que había campo tras la cancelación de nuestro último hotel y llegamos ahí pero un lugar muy feo

La atención de las recepción eran muy odiosas , nos salieron cucarachas en la habitación , una de las habitaciones de 3 de ellas no les servía el aire y no servían las refrigeradoras, y solo en 2 habitaciones habían, en una no , el famoso jacuzzi es un charco que no limpian , un precio muy caro para el lugar tan feo , mala ubicación , mal servicio y ni restaurante tienen , definitivamente nunca volvería ahí !!!

Pros:

I guess it was okay for the price, location was convenient. Overall, a locker kind of room. A/C worked fine and there was hot water in the shower. Room was small but clean.

Cons:

I wasn't sure about the amenities, staff didn't even provided WiFi instructions, had to look it up myself. The cleaning staff was very nice and welcoming though. The morning shift receptionist seemed a bit annoyed, hope she's doing better. The night receptionist was actually quite lovely.

Location is good and the fact that they had a small refrigerator the only good thing I can see about this place. The front door is not regular size. I have a walker and I have to fold it up to get in so there’s no handicap access and the desk person is very rude.

Cons:

I didn’t like the best person she is racist. Yes, you can still be brown or black and be racist and they did not change the line on the bed at one point we run completely out of toilet paper and they told me that they didn’t have any so I had to go to the store and buy some then this morning when I’m getting ready to check out all of a sudden they got toilet paper and fresh towels

el área social, aunque no pude hacer uso de ella , pero volvería en otra ocasión con más tiempo

hay pocos locales comerciales en la cercanía , no es culpa del hotel, pero como recomendación podrían vender bebidas y algún tipo de snacks para no tener que salir del hotel a comprar, ya que el restaurante estaba cerrado
