Viel zu teuer für eine schlaflose, laute und viel zu heisse Übernachtung mit einem völlig überteuert
Cons:

Leider war unser Aufenthalt sehr enttäuschend. Im Zimmer war es trotz über 30 Grad Aussentemperatur unerträglich heiss, es gab weder eine Klimaanlage noch einen Ventilator. Da das Zimmer zur Strasse lag, konnten wir wegen des starken Verkehrs- und Lärmpegels kaum schlafen. Bereits am frühen Morgen wurden Lastwagen direkt beim Hotel entladen, zusätzlich sorgte die angrenzende Tankstelle für weiteren Lärm. Für einen Preis von CHF 195.– pro Nacht erwarten wir deutlich mehr Komfort und eine ruhigere Unterkunft. Besonders enttäuschend war zudem, dass uns für einen Kaffee und ein Gipfeli CHF 25.– als Frühstück verrechnet wurden. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt aus unserer Sicht überhaupt nicht.

Nicht zu empfehlen, teuer und schlechter Service

Die Aussicht ist sehr schön

Cons:

Bedienung nicht sehr kundenorientiert. Man wird im Restaurant nicht wirklich wahrgenommen. Das Servicepersonal hat uns eine Viertelstunde nicht wahrgenommen. Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet, aber die Hitze ist unerträglich, da es nicht klimatisiert ist sowie die Fenster nicht richtig geöffnet werden können. Ebenfalls ist es nicht zu empfehlen ein Zimmer gegen die Hauptstrasse zu buchen, der Schlaf ist dann ruiniert. Die Buchung mit Seesicht kostet dann einfach mehr. Für Geschäftsreisen nicht zu empfehlen, Frühstück erst ab 8:00 Uhr möglich, wer früher hat je nachdem Pech. Wir konnten mit nachfragen um 7:30 Uhr dann frühstücken, was uns dann zu zweit fette 42.-Fr. gekostet hat. Abschliessend gesagt, eher enttäuschend. Viel Schein aber wenig Sein.

The location and the room were great. Nice staff.

Cons:

We didn't find the air conditioning, the room was a bit hot, despise the open windows. The communication with the booking.com system seems not to work very well.

Super cadre et bel hôtel. La chambre avec spa est incroyable. le petit dej avec vue sur le lac de la Gruyere, c'est top. Resto ok, le coté bistrot est un peu rustique quand on a réservé la chambre avec Spa top confort et luxe.

Agréable et pratique
Pros:

Les lieux sont propres et bien entretenus, et l’accueil est chaleureux. La vue depuis le restaurant est magnifique, ce qui rend les repas encore plus agréables. Petit plus : il est possible de prendre le petit-déjeuner sur place, ce qui est très pratique. Je recommande sans hésiter

Location magnifica fronte lago di "La Gruyère"- La terrazza con vista lago e la cordialità delle persone. Camera e bagno molto spaziosi.

Siamo arrivati alle 17, dopo due voli e un tratto di autostrada da Ginevra. Abbiamo chiesto se fosse possibile mangiare qualcosa, ma ci è stato risposto che la cucina apriva alle 19. Ci hanno comunque proposto un piccolo piatto di affettati (servito su un piattino da dolce – una sola porzione, anche se eravamo in due). Gli affettati, in particolare il prosciutto, non erano freschi. Tuttavia, affamati, abbiamo mangiucchiato qualcosa accompagnato da un succo di mela; il mio collega ha preso un’acqua naturale. Totale: 22 CHF, equivalenti a 23,76 euro!
Siamo scesi alle 7:30, ma la colazione era pronta solo dalle 8. Forse avremmo dovuto chiederlo in anticipo. Comunque, alle 8 (orario della nostra partenza dall’albergo) ho avuto la possibilità di acquistare due cornetti appena sfornati e bere un caffè. Per questo non ho dato 9/10-
