Just fine for a one-night stay and rooms are solid Mimaru style (great brand).
Pros:

I liked that it was a Mimaru - meaning clean, modern, comfortable rooms with kitchenettes. It was available for a one-night stay, which is what we needed.

Cons:

Although it was in Ginza, it was actually quite a long walk to any of the train stations (which is normally not a big deal, except being in the summer heat & humidity). Also, the hallways were outdoors and elevator slow at peak times, so I would get sweaty just waiting for the elevator. If I had it to do over again, I would probably stay at a different Mimaru location.

Fantastic stay at Mimaru Ginza East.
Pros:

Brilliant location. Very helpful staff. Very convenient located. Great fruit and veg store across the road. Nearby coffee shop fantastic. Lots of recommendations in the hotel lobby that was helpful.

Perfect location for Ginza, Team Labs, Fish Market, Disney, SKYTREE and Senso-hi.
Pros:

Very helpful staff, lovely clean room, good size for a family and great location!!

Cons:

Proximity to main road created some noise but nothing of concern.

Pros:

Great location. Plenty of space for 3 for a short hotel stay. Comfortable enough. Great location. Super nice staff.

Cons:

Very basic: only towels and soap/shampoo/conditioner provided. No guidance on taking shoes off and where to leave them, and no slippers provided, so the carpet felt a little dubious after the other places we stayed in Japan. Tea and tissues would have been nice to have.

Great choice for groups in Ginza!
Pros:

Good location. Hotel is very stylish, updated, and clean. Apartment style rooms are great for families or friends. Staff was incredibly professional and helpful, especially with arranging last minute luggage transportation.
