Disappointing for the price
Pros:

Good location — a quiet street in Ginza East, close to several subway lines. The apartment-style layout gives you a kitchenette, which is nice. The front-desk team were polite and responsive when we raised our concerns.

Cons:

At roughly $700 a night, the value simply wasn’t there. Our room had no natural light and felt like a basement (Pokémon room). The bed described as a queen was two single beds pushed together, and quite firm. Housekeeping is offered only as a paid add-on, which felt surprising at this rate. There was no coffee available anywhere — not in the room, not in the lobby. The laundry machines were old and underperformed, and there was very little space to store luggage. We understand MIMARU is an apartment-style hotel and judged it on those terms — but even allowing for the category, the price-to-experience gap was hard to ignore. For only a small premium, the five-star hotel we stayed at earlier in the same trip far surpassed this on service, amenities, and included breakfast. We raised these points directly and respectfully before checkout; the hotel declined any rate adjustment or partial refund, offering only a room change for our final night.

Nice stay
Pros:

Very conveniently located, close to the station
Lots of grocery stores near by. Staff were helpful especially assisting us in forwarding our luggage to the next destination using Yamoto as the Mimaru service was fully booked. Room was clean and well maintained. Kitchen was well equipped.

我們一共訂了6間房間，住宿四個晚上，其中一間房間的人，新買的鞋子被偷，到櫃檯反應，櫃檯明顯不想幫忙處理，還假藉語言不通，後來是請同行的男生到櫃檯幫忙，不見的鞋子就拿出來了！！！超扯…..

Good room and staff.
Pros:

The room is well designed and comfortable for four people (two adults and two teens). Lots of space for luggage. We used the laundry which was very convenient. The beds were good and the shower pressure was amazing. I liked having a small kitchen.

Cons:

I didn’t like this location. I will choose to stay in a different area next time.
