Nice stay
Pros:

Very conveniently located, close to the station
Lots of grocery stores near by. Staff were helpful especially assisting us in forwarding our luggage to the next destination using Yamoto as the Mimaru service was fully booked. Room was clean and well maintained. Kitchen was well equipped.

我們一共訂了6間房間，住宿四個晚上，其中一間房間的人，新買的鞋子被偷，到櫃檯反應，櫃檯明顯不想幫忙處理，還假藉語言不通，後來是請同行的男生到櫃檯幫忙，不見的鞋子就拿出來了！！！超扯…..

環境還算乾淨，入住過程也算順利，一樓有稱行李很方便

Good room and staff.
Pros:

The room is well designed and comfortable for four people (two adults and two teens). Lots of space for luggage. We used the laundry which was very convenient. The beds were good and the shower pressure was amazing. I liked having a small kitchen.

Cons:

I didn’t like this location. I will choose to stay in a different area next time.

Court séjour dans un hotel cosy et très agréable
Pros:

Personnel aux petits soins et très serviables. Nous avons même eu la chance de tomber sur une personne à la réception qui parle français. La chambre Pokémon est magnifique. Merci

Quite and convenient but lack of character and care
Pros:

Lots of space in the room for a family but not worth spending extra on lounge space as found the couches uncomfortable.
Quite location, close to train stations and convenience store. Clean rooms.
Did not feel the staff were interested in helping beyond check in and asking for a review at checkout. Felt a real lack of warmth and care.

A lot space but lack of care and character
Pros:

Location was a short walk from the station and quite close to a convenience store but a very quiet spot. A bar, Impressions, which was close by was great for a late night drink.

Cons:

Staff (apart from Naomie) did not show much care or interest in helping with our stay/travels unlike our experience at other accommodation.
We had a 2 bedroom apartment to relax but couches were uncomfortable.
