Struttura comoda e moderna, camere climatizzate, stanze grandi con bagno e doccia enorme. Staff molto gentile, ci hanno anche tenuto i bagagli per una mattinata nonostante avessimo già fatto il check out
The rooms are very spacious.
The room was not clean. The surfaces were very dusty. The rooms are not sound proofed, I could hear everything from the guest across my room.
Sehr zentral gelegene Unterkunft in sicherer Gegend. Christuskirche, Alte Feste und Tintenpalast sind fußläufig erreichbar. Es gab einen Parkplatz im bewachten Hof. Das Zimmer war recht geräumig und sogar mit Sitzgelegenheiten. Wir haben im Café nebenan gefrühstückt, das um sieben Uhr öffnet. Dort war das Frühstück hervorragend.
Location is fantastic. And the room is spacious. The Restaurant is perfectly located next to it, with an excellent menu.
We had to go look for the guard at night to open the gate. There was no response to the intercom, which is specifically for that reason.

The staff is friendly and the room set up is lovely and modern.
The floors inside the hotel aren’t clean. The carpets aren’t clean. The room itself, you can tell hasn’t been cleaned before check in - especially the carpets.
Lage
The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The room was exceptionally large. Lots of table space. Loved the kitchen area with knives, forks and large plates. The Nespresso machine was a delightful surprise. The bathroom was also quite large. Loved the snack bar in the hallway.
There was no blankets available, only one towel per guest (no small towels) and the dustbin in the bathroom wasn't cleaned.
