La stanza è vecchia e con arredi a volte rotti e non molto pulita

Bedlinnen needs an upgrade
Ruime nette kamers met kitchenette. Behulpzaam personeel. Zonder ontbijt maar naastgelegen bistro Kristjans is zeer lekker (à la carte). Veilig parkeren. Hotel maakt deel uit van een modern recent kantorencomplex. 10 minuten wandelen tot centrum.

Nous avions la chambre familiale au rez-de-chaussée, qui donne directement sur le hall d'entrée sans porte supplémentaire pour amoindrir le bruit. Quand nous avons voulu coucher nos enfants, nous sommes aller demander au monsieur de la réception de moins faire de bruit. Au lieu de ça, il a crié d'autant plus fort pour accueillir les clients à chaque nouvelle entrée dans l'hôtel.
Le sol de la chambre était très poussiéreux.

The location is convenient and safe. The staff was nice and helpful.
The equipment in my apartment was clearly very used and worn. The room wasn’t really clean, there was hair in the bathroom, in the bedsheets and the towels and blankets were questionable. More attention to this would be very appreciated.

I always stay there when I visit Windhoek, great rooms, enormous comfortable bed and a good restaurant for breakfast attached. Prices are affordable. Another restaurant , Andy’s Pub, is at walking distance for a good dinner
Cazare acceptabilă, dar dacă uiți un obiect în cameră îl poți considera pierdut — neagă, apoi te ignoră.
Am uitat o pereche de pantaloni în cameră. La prima solicitare au negat categoric că i-ar fi găsit, deși erau la ei. Abia după insistențe repetate au recunoscut brusc că, totuși, îi au. În buzunar era un microfon — acolo au negat din nou, iar apoi au încetat complet să mai răspundă la mesaje. Recepționerului i-a fost total indiferent, zero interes să rezolve ceva sau măcar să dea un răspuns. Concluzia mea: dacă uitați ceva aici, considerați că nu îl mai vedeți. Mai întâi se neagă, apoi se ignoră. Un hotel serios verifică și returnează, nu se poartă ca și cum lucrurile clientului ar deveni automat ale lor.
The room was spacious, the interior decor exquisite. The staff was very helpful. The location is a bonus.
The Hotel is great value for money, staff was friendly and the location of the Place is very convienient, it's not far from the city centre.
