The towels were absolutely awful - at least 10 years old ! Sheets too were old & had marks on them.
Out of all the places we stayed in Namibia this was the worst.

Towls are old and worn thin, cleaning ladies did not replace toilet paper. Lounge seat is old and worn and dirty spots, no kitchen towl , microwave cover not clean, right on busy road and cannot sleep with windows open due to road noise, duvet and bedding needs an upgrade some old marks
Great Location, great that you have self catering facilities with the small kitchenette in the room.
Unfortunately the rest did not meet expectations, bedding and towels were very old, brownish in colour, torn flat sheet, old duvet and pillow inners, drool stains on pillows. Dont think bedding was replaced since hotel inception. Pointing out my dissatisfaction with staff seemed like they were aware of these type of complains, giving a “sorry we know, but nothing we can do” attititude. I would not classify it as a hotel but rather a self catering unit.
Perfect for one night in Windhoek. Great apartment with kitchenette. Central location. Safe parking. Great value for money.
