Great location and value
Pros:

The location is great, convenient for walking to Water Street and lots of amazing dining options. The room was comfortable and the bed great. There are no safes in the rooms though, which was odd. The parking lot had lots of space and the staff was responsive to any needs.

I’ll look for better value options the next time
Pros:

Staff is very responsive, specially Joseph at F/O and Zina in housekeeping.

Cons:

Location is towards the outskirts of town. Internet was patchy and chargeable (unless you’re a Hilton Honors member). Same for the water bottles in the room. Coffee service in the restaurant shut down at 10 am (everyone may not enjoy the (in room) Keurig options.

Pros:

Loved the location , walked everywhere. Staff were super friendly ! Breakfast was delicious! Bed was comfy , loved the pillows ! Honestly loved everytjing about this hotel !
