Great location and ok hotel, hit and miss with staff and cleanliness.
Pros:

Location great. Most staff were great. Good room size and price.

Cons:

Other staff were fine but one of the ladies we spoke to asking for a new duvet, as one there was very smelly, was very rude. She tried to deflect to why do we need a duvet and that they all smell like that and it took us asking several times just to get the most basic of hotel facilities - full clean bedding. The replacement one we got was marginally better. Same for getting a couple extra pillows, there was a lot of complaining.

No lift so getting up with luggage is a bit difficult.

Izuzetno čisto i moderno. Krevet preudoban. Brzo odgovaraju na poruke.

Cons:

Mi kada smo stigli u smeštaj, nije bilo mesta u dvoristu da se parkira auto, morali smo da tražimo parking na ulici. Šta da nije bilo mesta, gde bi smo se parkirali a u oglasu stoji da uma privatan parking u okviru objekta. Treba navesti da je parking po principu, ko pre stigne parkira,ostali se snalaze.

I find the hotel great! The room and toilet is clean. The personels are nice. Breakfast is also good.

Cons:

It would have been better if there is an elevator, it was not nice going up and down with a big luguages.

gut ausgestattetes Hotel mit für diesen Preis unzureichenden Service.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist nicht in der Altstadt, dazu muss man ebenso wie zum Bahnhof 2-3 km laufen. Die Ausstattung ist gut, der Service unzureichend, weil man nicht nach 20 Uhr einchecken kann. Sauberkeit ist aber sehr gut.

Cons:

Wie schon erwähnt, das Entgegenkommen, wenn Gäste später anreisen, ich war um 20.15 da und ein anderer Gast musste mich ins Hotel lassen, wo ich auf der Rezeption meinen Schlüssel fand. Für den Preis erwarte ich mehr Service.

Pros:

The room is perfect. It is clean, the aircondition works perfect, the bathroom is large and new, the floor is soft, and the bed very comfortable

Cons:

A little smaller rate for the breakfast. The coffee and tea were delicious, but the menu choice to small. It could be more vegetables, and some musli with milk or more varied breakfast.
Except of this disadventages, it was very good. The waitress was veey nice.

First Brasov visit
Pros:

Very nice clean hotel and room. Helpful staff.

Cons:

This is a personal thing, the bed is too soft for me.
