Perfect one-night stopover: exceptional staff, great comfort, and entirely flawless.
Pros:

Excellent location, friendly staff, easy parking, quiet, and comfortable. Large clean room with good amenities. Close to anything you might need - only stayed for 1 night but would definitely stay again.

Cons:

As I'm reviewing well after the fact, not recalling any negative aspects of my brief stay. Breakfast was good, staff was helpful, and I got a good nights sleep before moving on to my next place.

Tired, Old, and Broken.
Pros:

Tired, musty, and dangerously under-maintained. The mildew hits you at the door, and it only gets worse — damp blankets, cracked bathroom flooring, and a wobbly toilet that screams deferred maintenance. The breaking point: the AC failed overnight, leaving my two young kids trying to sleep in a hot, stagnant, musky room.

Unacceptable for a Hyatt-branded property and a hard pass for families. Spend the extra few dollars elsewhere in the Alliance corridor — this one isn’t worth the headache.

Think they’ll reimburse me? Nope- just 5000 pts.

Staff answered my questions. Clean. Good location
Pros:

Great location. I went for a wedding about 15 min away. Close to I35. If you want to get some regular shopping in you have various options

Cons:

Coffee maker in the room could be better quality. While they offer coffee downstairs there is no hot milk. You can buy a Starbucks but first thing in the morning i want a cup of coffee in my room. I don’t want to have to go downstairs

My daughter and I enjoyed the comfy bed, clean pool, and very helpful staff.
Pros:

Very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Pool was clean and they actually had towels by the pool. Doesn’t happen very often at hotels!

Pros:

Environment was good. Breakfast was also good except that the selection could have been more and breakfast time extended to 10am instead of 9am

Best Customer Service
Pros:

I frequently stay at Hyatt because it's consistent, and reasonable. But at this location, the level of support I received from Harley at the front desk was top notch. There were complications with the booking from the third party, and she went well above and beyond to help solve the challenges with me and the third party. If I'm ever back that way, I will definitely be back.
