Stay was wonderful. Front staff and barges
Pros:

Location, pool is huge and shower for rinsing before and after pool time. Room was perfect and comfortable.

Cons:

Felt rushed at breakfast. Staff cleaning up before end of time allowed. No greeting with a smile or good morning.
Was charged twice on incorrect card. Was told at check out my card was not charged but had to have billing corrected. When I called to inquire I was told to wait 3-7 days with no apology for mistake. My bank charged me over draft fees.

Comfortable and actually quiet 😀
Pros:

Didn't do breakfast, but the location was great. Easy in and out for our trip

Cons:

Wish there were still physical brochures/pamphlets on the hotel within the room!

Enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

Staff was super and the room was comfortable. Used the pool a lot and always plenty of towels. Good breakfast. Good location to Arches entrance.

Pros:

Dog friendly and friendly staff! It was the perfect place to stay in Moab with a pup. Close to everything. Wish we used the pool but forgot our swimsuits!

Cons:

The pancake machine was down at the breakfast bar, not a big deal since they had waffles. However the waffle batter was very runny and was separating when I put it in the cup. It looked like the batter settled on the bottom and oil on top.
