Pros:

Wir hatten ein sehr ruhiges Zweibettzimmer nach hinten raus. Es ist nur ein kurzer Fußmarsch zur U-Bahnstation Earls Court. Auf dem Weg mehrere kleine Supermärkte und Lokale.

Cons:

Uns war bewusst, dass es ein kleines Zimmer ist, für einen drei-Nächte-Städtetrip mit Handgepäck auch völlig in Ordnung. Gefehlt hat uns allerdings eine Ablage und Steckdose am Fensterbett.
Die Gepäckaufbewahrung kostet 3£ pro Person.

the cheerful downstairs bar and snacks area and breakfast location. the overall cleanliness. the staff were always very friendly

Cons:

a number of features fell short of what the property were trying to achieve. clearly they are trying to use technology to make the process seamless, but a few things didn't work in the rooms- the safe didn't function, the lights are quite fiddly to use. Tiny room and bathroom, since i was a solo traveler and am quite small, cannot imagine using these rooms as a couple. also housekeeping didn't clean my room

The staff was very friendly and cleanliness of the hotel was good. Even Breakfast was good for the price paid

Hi, it was unacceptable that you pay 600 euro for a room that when you open the curtain you find a concrete wall infront of you. This was Room 314.
