size of room is big.
having to do checkin on the machine ourselves.
I don't expect to do that at a hotel with the "resort" word on it.
Machine is for business people, not people who come to resort!
you have so many staff walking around the reception area but no one is hands on.
All only use their mouths to give advice and instructions.

The location was right next to the train station. You walk out the front and the stairs/elevator to the train station is right next door. Walking distance from so many food and shopping places.

While rooms are small they are designed so well and have space for luggage.
The water dispensers on every level was great.
Close to train station and loved the family mart in the building and 7-11 just outside.
I enjoyed it all. Only complaint was lifts took a little while in peak times but that is understandable!

El desayuno esta excelente, te dan muchas opciones de comidas, muchas opciones de bebidas y así mismo el espacio en el restaurante es espacioso para comer cómodo, así mismo, hay bastantes elevadores para moverte de forma rápida y hay un konbini dentro del hotel en el piso 2 el cual ayuda a no salir a la calle a comprar si es que te da hambre o sed, también los empleados son muy amables y te ayudan en lo posible en alguna duda que tengas. La estación de metro esta a un lado de la entrada del Hotel, excelente ubicación.
