Le personnel était adorable. Merci à l équipe.
L hôtel est très confortable, bien situé, la clim fonctionnait bien, la chambre était propre et le petit déjeuner était international donc pour tous les goûts

Cons:

Rien ! On reviendra probablement en fin de séjour pour reprendre l avion.

Great location and very clean
Pros:

The staff were friendly and extremely helpful with all my requests and questions. The breakfast was not a buffet but there were delicious choices on the menu. A special mention for Miss Trang's exceptional assistance and excellent professionalism, she is an asset to Mercury Hotel. We look forward to returning again next time we visit Viet Nam.

굉장히 친절했고 아이가아팠는데 정말신경을많이 써주셔서 감사했어요 체크인 전인데도 사파 다녀올동안 짐도 맡아주셨고 방이 굉장히 넓었어요 4식구 편안하게 넓게머물다왔어요 조식은 과일 시리얼 빵은 가져다먹고 쌀국수 샌드위치 죽 세가지 중에 선택하는데 계속 리필해서 먹을수있었고 맛도 좋았어요 하노이 다시 간다면 다시 방문하고 싶어요 테라스까지 있는 가성비 좋은 호텔 위치도 굉장히 좋아요

Génial, j'ai beaucoup ris !
Pros:

Le personnel le plus adorable de tout mon séjour ! Les filles étaient très drôle ! On m'a upgrade la chambre parce que c'était ma dernière nuit et que je voulais une vue sur la ville. C'était un bonheur de résider dans cet hôtel, je reviendrais !

Cons:

Si j'avais eu la chambre de base du départ, elle n'avait pas de chambre donc ça aurait été dommage.
