sehr gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis
Pros:

Die Unterkunft hat alles was man für einen Aufenthalt in Kuta benötigt:
- Leise und gute AC
- freundliches Personal
- wir haben und günstig ein Motorrad ausgeborgt- wir hatten einmal Platten Reifen, dieser wurde innerhalb 10 Minuten repariert
- süße Katzen
- Küche und Frühstück
- gratis Wasser

A great stay in Kuta
Pros:

The room was great, comfy and cozy. We loved the shared kitchen and the staff were very kind.

Cons:

There was some mould in the room and the shower pressure was pretty bad.

Barrio humilde, alrededor muchas obras y un poco alejado del centro de Kuta. El desayuno malisimo, no deberia ser considerado como desayuno incluido

Le personnel sympathique

Cons:

Dès qu'on rentre dans la chambre c'est une odeur d'humidité mêlée au produit chimique d'un désodorisant qui nous accueille... Malgré le fait de mettre la clim l'odeur ne passe pas et ça s'imprègne partout.

Pros:

Super Preisleistungs Angebot und es war an einem ruhigen Ort. Man braucht aber natürlichen einen Roller. Es hat eine Küche die alle benutzen können und Trinkwasser-Station für die eigene Flasche aufzufüllen.

Proximité d’une grande route permettant de rejoindre les plages et le centre de kuta en moins de 10min de scooter ! La chambre était propre et confortable.

Cons:

La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas, le petit déjeuner était pas top. On a également loué les scooter de l’hôtel, on a pas eu de casque directement puis, lorsqu’on en a eu, il y avait un nid de fourmis rouges, pas très agréable quand on s’en rend compte sur le scooter

Highly recommend, would be back.
Pros:

The breakfast is very good, egg omelette or banana pancake with chocolate syrup and tea or coffee. We extended our stay multiple times. The price vs quality is decently unmatched in kuta. Must rent a bike to get around, which is possible through the homestay for good rates. Close to the branders and the downtown area. Fantastic warungs a two minute walk away and a nice swimming beach a five ish minute walk. Parking can get a little cramped if everybody staying had a bike but you just have to scoot someones bike over-not a big deal. Close to surf breaks. Very very helpful family. Kitchen is nice and we were one of two rooms using it so clean and accessible. Long breakfast hours and swapped old towels out multiple times with no issues.

Cons:

Everything was fantastic!

Pros:

Desayuno básico pero muy bueno. La ubicación está en pleno centro. El trato del personal un 10, además de su disponibilidad, te alquilan motos a 70k al día. TIENE AGUA CALIENTE Y EL WIFI FUNCIONA MUY BIEN.

Cons:

Se necesita transporte obligatoriamente para moverte por Kuta. Un poco difícil de encontrar y acceso el camino es de tierra.

Nice room for good value.
Pros:

The room is spacious, there was a desk and wardrobe and a shelf. Good water pressure in the shower! Nice vibe, all the other guests were friendly. Roby and his family are friendly and helpful. Close to the city centre and good warungs nearby.

Cons:

A little bit noisy, but this was the only downside.

We stayed in the deluxe room upstair which was basic but clean and confortable.

Cons:

the staff didn't smile once, hasn't been nice and the lady looked mad all the time.
