The location of the hotel is very excellent and access was easy... The receptionist was smothered.
I didn't get comfortable with the noise between the rooms and the restaurant crews being disturbed

Breakfast didn't have variety & lacked consistency, like some days fruit were present and on some days not.
Service during the breakfast was very slow.

The place and location of the hotel very nice it is in the middle of Nazimai street.

1) местоположение
2) персонал
1) он явно не тянет на 4 звезды как у них заявлено
2) Вид из окна на крышу соседнего здания
3) номера убитые
4)тренажерного зала , фактически нет
5) то что они называют сауной - это не сауна , там даже нету места переодеться
6) завтраки - не плохие , но опять же , я ел творог только . Поэтому норм

I liked the location.
The rooms are around an atrium therefore it is very noisy even during the night especially if the hotel are full of inconsiderate guests who shout on the corridors.
We requested twin rooms but we received double rooms. The bell boy seperated the beds then openly requested TIPS. I told that instead of we give tips, they should give us discount because we had to wait half an hour for our room.
The cleaners took our towels away every day but never put new ones. We had to request towels at the reception every night.
I had the feeling they delibaretely messed up things in order that they can ask for TIPS to rectify those.
Price and service level are not in the same category
We stayed at this hotel during a business trip to Baku from May 31 to June 5, 2026, and had a very pleasant experience.
The check-in process was quick and efficient. Upon our request, we were given rooms next to each other, which was greatly appreciated. The breakfasts were good, with a decent variety of options. The hotel staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help.
The rooms were cleaned daily and maintained to a high standard throughout our stay.
A special thank you to the night porter, Vitalik, who was exceptionally responsible, attentive, and helpful. He assisted us with our luggage and provided useful advice and recommendations during our stay. His excellent service made our visit even more comfortable.
We would be happy to stay here again and recommend this hotel to both business and leisure travelers visiting Baku.
