I liked the location.
The rooms are around an atrium therefore it is very noisy even during the night especially if the hotel are full of inconsiderate guests who shout on the corridors.
We requested twin rooms but we received double rooms. The bell boy seperated the beds then openly requested TIPS. I told that instead of we give tips, they should give us discount because we had to wait half an hour for our room.
The cleaners took our towels away every day but never put new ones. We had to request towels at the reception every night.
I had the feeling they delibaretely messed up things in order that they can ask for TIPS to rectify those.
Price and service level are not in the same category
We stayed at this hotel during a business trip to Baku from May 31 to June 5, 2026, and had a very pleasant experience.
The check-in process was quick and efficient. Upon our request, we were given rooms next to each other, which was greatly appreciated. The breakfasts were good, with a decent variety of options. The hotel staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help.
The rooms were cleaned daily and maintained to a high standard throughout our stay.
A special thank you to the night porter, Vitalik, who was exceptionally responsible, attentive, and helpful. He assisted us with our luggage and provided useful advice and recommendations during our stay. His excellent service made our visit even more comfortable.
We would be happy to stay here again and recommend this hotel to both business and leisure travelers visiting Baku.

Home away from home. Excellent location in the center of Nizami street. Very supportive staff. Good facilities and full course breakfast.. Neat and Clean environment. Ms. Tasnim at the reception was very supportive and helped making our stay more comfortable.
There was hardly anything i disliked. Our stay was rather too short. Next time we will plan a longer stay here..
After we got scammed in the other place, we walked in to this hotel and staff offered us a room, we had a discount on booking.com and asked if we still can book that way, so we did, and they upgraded us to a better room. Room was a decent size, and in a very good location. Staff were friendly.
I didn't like breakfast, as I don't eat meat, and there weren't many options. Also maybe it is only my taste, but pizza or pasta for breakfast is very hard to eat first thing in the morning. Not my cup of tea.
