Comfortable room in perfect Old Town location
Pros:

Perfect location in the Old Town, helpful staff on reception, comfortable room with firm bed, air con, kettle in room, great underground garage for storing our touring bikes.

Cons:

Rather grim-looking from outside, although the modern design is shown off well from St Peter’s tower, just round the corner. Also, the bottled water in the room was free only for holders of some kind of loyalty card - that makes non cardholders feel a little less welcome. Breakfast price rockets if you don’t reserve it on booking (but there are great bakeries nearby)

Saapuessamme huone oli tukalan kuuma ja ilmastointi pois päältä. Ilmastointi oli myös sammutettu siivouksen yhteydessä seuraavana päivänä ja oli harmillista tulla kuumaan huoneistoon päivän päätteeksi..

The room wasn't the same they provided us, there wasn't any sofa just arm chair as we had to take our kid to our bed.

Reception Staff and location excellent , breakfast somewhat lacking in standard for a four star hotel with cold cooked

Bulbs out in bedroom
Cooked breakfast lukewarm:cold -containers were hot but food inside wasn’t so unsure if it was all precooked and they were using the containers to rewarm it -not v nice
