ich wende mich an Sie, da ich Opfer einer Betrugsmasche geworden bin, die offenbar im Zusammenhang mit einer über Booking.com vorgenommenen Buchung steht.

Ich wurde über WhatsApp von Betrügern kontaktiert, die über Informationen zu meiner Buchung verfügten. Aufgrund der detaillierten Angaben zu meiner Reservierung wirkte die Nachricht glaubwürdig, weshalb ich davon ausging, dass es sich um eine legitime Kontaktaufnahme handelte. In der Folge wurde ich dazu verleitet, eine Zahlung vorzunehmen.

Ich habe den Vorfall umgehend bei Revolut gemeldet. Leider wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass eine Rückerstattung des überwiesenen Betrags nicht möglich ist.

Ich bitte Sie daher um Ihre Unterstützung und um eine gründliche Untersuchung des Vorfalls. Insbesondere interessieren mich folgende Fragen:

Wie konnten die Betrüger an meine Buchungsdaten gelangen?
Wurden meine persönlichen Daten oder Reservierungsinformationen kompromittiert?
Ist Ihnen ein Sicherheitsvorfall im Zusammenhang mit meiner Unterkunft oder Ihrem Buchungssystem bekannt?
Welche Massnahmen ergreift Booking.com, um seine Kunden vor solchen Betrugsversuchen zu schützen?
Können Sie mich bei der weiteren Aufklärung oder bei der Rückforderung meines Geldes unterstützen?

Dieser Vorfall hat bei mir einen erheblichen finanziellen Schaden verursacht und mein Vertrauen in die Sicherheit der über Booking.com übermittelten Daten erschüttert.

Ich bitte Sie um eine zeitnahe Stellungnahme sowie um die Weiterleitung meines Falls an Ihre Sicherheits- bzw. Datenschutzabteilung.

Vriendelijk hotel dicht bij Wurzburg.
Pros:

Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst.
We kregen een gratis upgrade van de kamer(=meer ruimte)
Ecologische inslag te vinden in de douche-artikelen en bij het ontbijt.
Zeer goed en uitgebreid ontbijt met vers fruit.
Vriendelijk en gastvrij personeel.
Je kan er niet dineren, maar op loopafstand zijn voldoende mogelijkheden.

Cons:

Jammer dat er geen ventilator op de kamer stond, het was nu vrij warm.
In de (overigens schone) badkamer hing een rioolluchtje.

Es war OK. für einen Stopover auf dem Weg nach Dänemark. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt zu wenig komfortabel.

Cons:

Keine Klimaanlage, es war ziemlich heiss. Juli 2026. Frühstück OK. aber etwas mager für 14 Euro.
Teppich im Zimmer geht heutzutage gar nicht!
