Excellent 10 stars !
Pros:

Place was killer, pristine clean, nice room, excellent pool , excellent breakfast. Very nice staff ! We stayed there again on way back.

Cons:

If they could have more outlets in the room regular 120 volt 15 amp outlets would be better.

Hotel Killer excellent room,breakfast clean clean clean. Excellent pool, Very nice staff ! We stayed there again on way back.

Staff super nice, breakfast and room were nice. Would stay here again!

Breakfast staff were super friendly. There were towels provided by the pool. Fenced/ gated seating area outside. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was good. The kids loved watching the pancake machine.

Cons:

Several homeless people outside at night. When sitting in gated/ fenced patio area outside they came to the fence and asked for food and money. One offered to “ work” for a room and shower for the night. Very uncomfortable..

I’ve never had a bad experience with holiday and other than this hospitalization
Pros:

The receptionist that checked us in was phenomenal but a few days later, the receptionist was rude and was being very difficult to check in and check out process to the extent that she took out luggage and kept it outside for one of my family members that also had a room in the hotel because there was confusion about the room on your end.

Pros:

I love how comfortable this hotel is for me. Also enjoy the very relaxing sofa chair in the room.
