Quirky, cool hotel in a fabulous location
Pros:

Very cool hotel! Great decor, quirky vibe and lovely room. Staff were friendly and helpful at check in and the room was great, with the outdoor terrace a great bonus. Bed super comfortable and lovely toiletries as well as complimentary snacks and drinks in the mini bar. A great stay in a great location!

Cons:

The Light switches were nonsensical in both rooms where I stayed. You couldn't turn off all the lights from the bed - and the switch for the bathroom was by the door. It was mad.

Un joli hôtel proche de St Pancras avec une bonne literie
Pros:

La situation est parfaite. l'hôtel est joli et très soigné avec une déco originale. La literie était très bonne. Un panier garni est offert avec thé café biscuits corn flakes lait sucre cacahuètes....Il est proche d'un parc et à deux pas de St Pancras station.

Cons:

Nous avions un appartement, No 5 et les WC avait un porte en verre colorée qui ne se fermait pas bien et qui était toute proche du lit..... c'était moyen pour le bruit, l'odeur et le côté privé.....

Great option for train travel from King's Cross.
Pros:

Location was very convenient for train travel from King's Cross and not having to worry about breakfast in the morning was a big plus. Snacks and refreshments in the room came in handy after a long flight and were greatly appreciated. The room was clean and fairly comfortable. The shower was great!

Cons:

The bathrooms are small but ok for short stay. The main entry door was propped open all day and into the evening and that did not feel safe in that area as other hotels had security posted at the entrances.

Attention to detail missing.
Pros:

Close to train station, all staff were nice and helpful.

Cons:

Our room wasn’t fantastic, the shower was noisy, the bath wasn’t clean when we got there. The room looked a little tired, there was a burn mark on the table, the glasses in the room weren’t clean. When we were checking out the lady was on the phone and just held her hand out for the card. For one of the most expensive rooms it left a lot to be desired.

Would definitely stay here again, big beautiful room and comfy beds.
Pros:

The room was fabulous and the little garden so cozy. The staff were beyond helpful. Location central to everything. Oh and the shower was divine.

Cons:

Only downside was no elevator but not a big deal for us.

Convenient, quality and very pleasant stay
Pros:

Location easy for Kings Cross, comfy beds, lovely towels, everything you need in your room. Quality of food at breakfast was fantastic. Decor and vibe are cool.

Lovely stay but challenged by the plumbing!
Pros:

Great location in close proximity to Kings Cross but on a quieter street. I was given an upgrade to an apartment in an adjacent building and it was lovely, spacious and clean, with supplies of tea, coffee, cereal and some snacks. Bedroom, large sofa bed in the living space and a beautiful bath/shower room.
I could have stayed much longer but was only there for one night.
I only met the receptionists and they were helpful. I didn't use any of the hotel's other facilities.

Cons:

The stairs. I was warned by the receptionist that the apartment was up some stairs and help with my case was offered. I declined the help and probably regret doing so as it wasn't the length of the three flights but the narrowness of the domestic scale timber staircases. The highest apartment is not recommended if you are in a hurry or unfit.
And I recommended instructions for the shower. The three square controls were minimalist and difficult to use and work, with no markings visible to give a clue what they controlled. The taps on the sink were also difficult to use! And the square toilet...who has a square.....!
The bathroom looked good and once working, all was good...until I wanted to stop the water again.
I would recommend though especially if forewarned!

Cute and Quirky
Pros:

Beautiful, quirky hotel with everything you need. The rooms are compact but so well designed you have everything you need. All staff so friendly and welcoming, really liked the lounge/bar area downstairs too. Would stay here again for certain.
