I had an absolutely exceptional stay! From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was truly 5-star in every sense. The view of the Acropolis from Roοf top was simply breathtaking — especially at night, when the city lights create a magical atmosphere.

THIS IS A 3 STAR HOTEL AT BEST
Cons:

I fell for the high review scores, and now I understand how they maintain them. The staff are undeniably nice and friendly, clearly trained to make guests feel supported with constant smiles and personal attention. They create a warm atmosphere by stepping out from behind the front desk to assist guests or offering reassuring gestures.

However, despite being a Booking.com Genius Level 3 member with the highest available discount, I still paid $457.50 per night in mid-May 2026 — and the experience was nowhere near worth that price.

The rooms are small, with very basic furnishings, average bed linens, and ordinary towels. Nothing about the accommodation feels luxurious or premium. Overall, the hotel offers very poor value for money.

What disappointed me most was the obvious push for positive reviews. Before leaving, guests are offered promises of future upgrades, complimentary services, and special treatment — all seemingly in exchange for giving the hotel a good review.

It’s unlikely I’ll return anytime soon, and realistically they probably won’t remember me either. The whole experience felt overly calculated and insincere.

Our first visit to the Pinnacle In Athens was terrific!
Pros:

The property location was very convenient to most sites In Athens. The quality of our suite was excellent and the Service was outstanding.

Cons:

The Pinnacle made thw best of City road construction by providing us with Transport from the AirPort.

Athens gem in the middle of the city
Pros:

Everyone who works there was so helpful and friendly. Excellent location. Room was small but perfectly comfortable. I felt so welcomed and everyone went above and beyond. Bed was really comfy. Rooftop view was incredible.

Cons:

I really liked everything. Staff apologized for the inconvenience of construction outside but they have no control of this.

Cons:

J’ai choisi cet hôtel car il indiquait non seulement 5 étoiles mais aussi une note code 9,6. Le prix étant élevé, je pensais également que c’était un gage de qualité… quelle déception !! Le confort est minimal (qualité de la literie, odeurs nauséabondes dans la salle de bain, qualité des meubles, etc.), la vétusté des peintures est hallucinante, il y a du moisi dans certains coins… Pas de room service, pas de petit déjeuner possible avant 8h du matin… Bref, je ne sais pas d’où sortent les 5 étoiles ni le rating… mais je suis extrêmement stupéfaite du prix payé pour la qualité de cet hôtel…

La localización muy céntrica y la amabilidad del personal y del manager.

Cons:

Nos alojamos en una suite que era bastante pequeña. Uno de los días no limpiaron el baño, y en general no parecía un hotel de 5 estrellas. El buffet de desayuno muy escaso. Lo peor era el ruido a primera hora de la mañana, había obras en la calle y en el hotel de al lado, desde la 7 de la mañana, aún en festivo, se oía picar al lado. Las 5 estrellas que tiene no corresponden con la calidad del hotel ofrecida.

Pros:

Konumu merkeziydi. Personel tüm ihtiyaçlarımız konusunda bize çok yardımcı oldu. Erken giriş yapmak istedik ve talebimize karşılık verebildiler. Çıkış yaptıktan sonra otelde bavullarımızı bıraabildik. Her gün oda temizliği, havlu değişmi imkanı vardı ve her şey hijyenikti. Terası muazzamdı, akropolise doğru bişeyleri içmek Atina'nın enerjisini hissetmeye yardımcı bir alandı. Bir sonraki konaklama için sundukları indirim fırsatı da sürecin bonusuydu. Dimi ve ekibine çok teşekkürler!

Cons:

Odalar biraz küçük. Özellikle 3 kişilik kalacaksınız kapasitesi biraz kısıtlı gelebilir.

The hotel is published as a 5 star, but it is clearly not a 5 star : the room was very small, there was no window in the bathroom, the window of the room cas not cleaned. The breakfast is also not the level of a 5 star : very basic.
Overall good experience and very convenient for 1 night, but clearly, this is not a 5 star as per other european standards.
