Wonderful hotel.
Pros:

As expected the facilities were top notch. The staff were incredible. Special mention to Ellene on the 27th floor who went out of her way to make us feel at home.

Cons:

Very minor but nowhere to set your own products in the shower.

Fantastic experience at RC Xi’an
Pros:

Club room. Impeccably designed and 100% clean. Don’t be concerned about location on the map. Fantastic location next to a shopping centre with pharmacy, and the subway station is immediately next door - just 5 or 6 stops to the start of the Muslim quarter and drum tower / city wall. Club lounge is spacious, modern, and with terrific food and drink options. Special thanks to George and Alina in the lounge for assisting me with transfers and advice on the city.
