HÔTEL très bien situé, personnel aux petits soins et j'en profite pour remercier
les femmes de chambres, Ilham, Hind et Imane.
Le petit déjeuner au top merci particulier à Selma pour ses attentions, youssef pour le service et Hiba pour son accueil...on pourrait tous les nommer !!
Merci aux personnel de l'oursin pour le service lors des matchs de ce Mondial particulièrement Nabil&Imad ainsi que les serveurs au Top !

Pros:

Everything! The staff was amazing the services were so good! The hotel is so well located we stayed in during our whole stay we didn’t have to leave! We loved everything about the hotel

Cons:

Menu options were a bit limited and the Atalia massage wasn’t worth the price of 80 USD.

Imane welcomed us warmly and explained everything patiently. She was very friendly and helpful.

The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. Everything was well organized and in its proper place.
