The counter staff have a good service attitude. The parking lot is convenient. The location is diagonally opposite the municipal government.

Cons:

Judging by the four-star standard, it's far from satisfactory. The facilities in the room are old and outdated. The bathroom fixtures are incomplete and have not been repaired. The heater has been broken for years and is purely for decoration. During a heavy rain, water leaked directly from the ceiling light inside the room, and the accumulated water flowed out of the door. The most dangerous thing is that the elevator is old. Every time it descends, it jolts, which is very scary. When I asked the counter about it, they said it was normal? Isn't it a matter of time before something goes wrong? Safety first is the most basic condition for service.
以四星级标准来看，落差很大，房内设备老旧，浴室配件短少不修，加温器损坏多年未修，纯装饰。下大雨居然屋内坎灯直接漏水，积水流出门外，最危险的是电梯老旧，每次偏下来都会跳一下，很吓人，询问柜台说是正常的？莫非定律指早晚会出事，安全第一才是服务的最基本条件。

Pros:

Super freundliches Personal, sehr schöne, komfortable Zimmer, ein tolles Frühstück und in perfekter Lage zum Bahnhof / Stadtzentrum. Außerdem ein sehr nettes kleines SPA ... Good times.
