Pros:

Единственный плюс — белые и чистые полотенца. Но отдельного полотенца для ног нет. И стоило положить это белоснежное полотенце на пол, как оно мгновенно стало грязно-серым.

Cons:

Номер отвратительный. Нам приходилось останавливаться и в номерах похуже, но чистота всегда стоит на первом месте.

Полы грязные. У нас с собой были белые гостиничные тапочки, и уже через час ходьбы по номеру они стали серыми. Сантехника грязная — я даже попросила хозяина дать мне хлорку, чтобы самостоятельно помыть санузел перед использованием.

Везде паутина. Постельное бельё синтетическое, спать на нём невозможно — очень сильно потеешь. Хорошо, что у нас в машине было своё постельное бельё, и мы смогли занести свои подушки, простыни и одеяла.

В стене огромная щель. В первую ночь я даже плохо спала, потому что боялась, что стена может обрушиться. Через эту щель прямо поступает свет с улицы. Трещина проходит также по потолку и переходит на другую стену. Это выглядит очень небезопасно.


В общем, номер требует серьёзной уборки и ремонта. Для меня чистота и безопасность — это базовые условия проживания, и здесь, к сожалению, с этим большие проблемы.

Pros:

Good place to stay in the heart of Tbilisi. Very friendly and attentive man on reception, who organized for us early check in without any extra payments, because our room was ready by the time we arrived. Recommend this place to stay in Tbilisi.
