Very disappointed and will never stay again.
Pros:

When checking out we spoke with Deb about the issues we encountered and she was wonderful and provided us with a generous discount.

Cons:

Our toilet was clogged no one ever came to fix it. We called guest services at 9pm and was told someone would be up. We waited up 2 hours and no one came. Called again in the morning and we were told no one was there to fix it. Also, the light was out in our room and there was mold on the wall. We will never stay again.

I'm not sure if I will stay here again.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable. The hotel was pretty clean. The desk person that worked in the morning was very accommodating.

Cons:

When we arrived the desk person was not very friendly. She seemed like she was having a bad day. The keys to our room did not work. There was a problem with several rooms. Someone had to let us in our room each time we went out. Only one elevator out of 4 was working. The rooms although fairly clean need a little updating.
