Pros:

Staff was friendly, pool was nice, bed was comfy, location is great, and the hotel was quiet.

Cons:

Although check in time was 4pm, our room was not ready until almost 5pm.

When we got there the room that we were supposed to get was already got sold . so we didn’t have everything that we were supposed to have .

My experience
Pros:

I like the room and customer service

Cons:

I didn't like that it says breakfast on what the hotel offers and it did not. I was told after the fact they have a restaurant in house but the all the food is alacart I feel it should been included in our stay like advertised.
