Checked in online, then they charged me twice. When I contacted the front desk to bring it to their attention, woman working was rude and defensive. She never even apologized for their mistake and even told me all the things I could do to fix their mistake. No customer service!

My door handle broke when I went to let the dogs out and I was stuck out of my room for almost 2 hours. The staff member Khalil was exceptionally rude and unprofessional.
