Well located comfortable stay.
Pros:

Well located

Cons:

Due to the size of the hotel. Breakfast had so many people trying to organise their breakfast. The staff did well with dealing with the huge numbers.

Nice place shame about the pillows.
Pros:

Location and staff are amazing! Can’t praise the staff enough. Friendly and helpful always.

Cons:

The pillows. You get thousands on your bed and none of them are comfortable. The largest one would break your neck if you tried to sleep on it. Shower could be better.

Pros:

The location near the main train station and all important sights is phenomal. The breakfast offered a great selection. The fitness and spa facilites were good, but in the basement and felt a little cramped.

Cons:

The ventilation of the room could not be adjusted in intensity. It was always on and quite strong. Therefore the air was always very dry and we permanently had sore throats.

Excellent property in the heart of Oslo
Pros:

The location is probably the best in Oslo. Right opposite Oslo Central station, walking distance to The Royal Palace, Opera House.
