De kamer was heerlijk groot. Heel goed bed. Schoon. Overal is aan gedacht. Auto gratis parkeren in hun parkeergarage. Je stapt zo in de streetcar en gaat de stad in.

we got a great room, very spacious, and clean, instructions were very clear on arrival and we really had no issues and have no reason to not give this hotel a 10/10 review. would absolutely stay again.

Location, clean

Moved to another hotel. Beds not comfortable, Parking garage filthy as are stairwells. Neither have been cleaned in years. Behavior of staff toward each other in front of guests was very unprofessional. Unexpected charge on bill for use of safe that was not used.

We were in New Orleans for a wedding and this property was perfect for us. The room was spacious and well appointed. We had 2 desk areas so we each had a place to use our computer/iPad. The staff there was very friendly, helpful and attentive to any request we had. We would definitely stay at this property again as the location is great.

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly! I had a problem with my stay (which was my fault,because I booked with different bookings and I had to change rooms), and they were super helpful in accommodating me and making sure it was easy to do. They went above and beyond.

I have stayed at many different places in New Orleans, but this is by far my favorite. It is located in the perfect spot on St. Charles Avenue. There are many food options in walking distance. The trolley runs right in front of the hotel, if you need to travel further. The parking is included, which is a major plus. Friendly and welcoming staff. It is always super clean and comfortable. This will always be my first choice for a stay in New Orleans.

This location is top notch. I liked that there is free covered parking and roof top parking at this property. The lobby area is is definitely the look and feel of New Orleans. I enjoyed the quality of the sheets and the pillows in the room. I like the fact that room space was separated out by the bedroom, the sitting area and the bathroom.
Well maintained, comfortable & quality in the choice of curtains, carpet and the tiles. An A1 hotel selection.

The room was wonderful the staff was also wonderful the only drawback there was no breakfast but there was a decent breakfast about two blocks away. I would stay here again if I ever came back to New Orleans

The staff were super accommodating and helpful, they helped explain the street car system and got us an early check in after an extremely long flight, and we got an awesome room on the balcony floor, it was super spacious and the balcony was so lovely to relax on. The staff really made the stay extra awesome. LOVED the green water carafe's in the room. Balcony was very clean and loved the decor and spaciousness.

Clean , parking free and staff were friendly ! Great coffee shop next door and street car stop in front of hotel !

Location was excellent!

We chose this property mainly due to its location in the garden district and the price. We were more than happy with our choice and highly recommend it. Marcy at the front desk was extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. This is a very cute boutique hotel with lots of charm. The rooms had a refrigerator, coffee maker and bar area. There is a convenience store right next door and the trolley stop a few steps away. We very happy with our stay.
