Clean well designed
It would be awesome if they had a hotel bar
We loved the location and the staff was very friendly. The drunk monkey wallpaper in the elevator was fabulous. We felt safe and were able to walk to everywhere we needed to go from the hotel easily and not move our car. It was close to everything: restaurants, bars, the tattoo shop we came to NOLA specifically for and a drug store we needed to stop in
In the shower, there was a dispenser for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. All three were completely empty. Our fault for not checking beforehand and had we asked about it I know the hotel would have replenished all for us. Definitely not a deal breaker and we would stay there again happily
Tout était excellent
Idéalement situé en face d’un arrêt de tram qui nous a emmené en 15 min dans le French Quarter
Na
Lots of constructions right next to the hotel starting 6 am very noisy
A very conveniently placed hotel place near the 12 Street car. They have fair prices and offer free parking. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is a first-time stay.
Room sizes, it is not too big with elevator, free parking

Hotel was decorated nicely! Had lots of amenities and even had free parking that was secured each night. Easy trolley access right across the street. Staff went above and beyond! Would definitely stay here again.
The staff all super friendly the parking was perfect for our large truck. The decor for our room super cute so was stuff near elevators. The room was very comfortable
We would stay there again so no negatives.
The room was huge and the decor of it was nice, comfy beds.
Next to the tram station, quiet neighbourhood.
the carpet was stained and there was a musky smell.
The staff is the best part about the property. They were very hospitable and provided me and my girlfriend with information about food and how to utilize the streetcar and the operations hours. They guidance help make the stay and the trip to New Orleans well worth it. They honestly deserve raises. !!
I am not sure why this hotel is rated as a 3 star property. They offer none of the amenities that I could get at a basic 2 star budget hotel. There is no breakfast of any kind offered here. Be prepared to hunt around for a decent breakfast spot in the area or settle for the deli down the street. It will be even more annoying because they have an entire bar/lounge area that will be closed and gated for "special events only" although I did not see a single "special event" happening there. So the amenities are closed off to the actual paying guests. Coffee is available in a converted closet space by the elevator with a couple of thermoses. It will not be available after a certain time of day, they will tell you to use the filthy Keurig in your room. Bring your own mugs and glasses. When I checked in, one of the glasses was crusted over with a thick white liquid from whoever used it last. The mug had a layer of dust in it. Bring some flip-flops for the shower (yep, just like a college dorm). My shower was stained with dirt and the drains were disgusting. The sink drain detached and had hairball in it (not my hair). To get to the French Quarter you will either need to ride the streetcar or walk for 20 minutes (including under a sketchy freeway overpass). Bring your own toiletries. If you are lucky and the shampoo/conditioner/soap dispensers in the showers aren't already empty, know you will be sharing the soap with everyone else that stayed in that room. The dispensers may look crusty and have hair on them, too. Don't look in the closet in your hotel room. That is where all the dust bunnies live. Don't ask to speak to the manager about anything. You will never hear from him at all no matter how politely you ask. Also, I have better quality bath towels in my own home. Should've brought 'em, too.
Style, comfort, quiet and clean.
No restaurant or bar.
