Clean Hotel
The Staff wasn't that friendly
This boutique hotel is perfect to discover Chișinău.
The rooms are spacious, clean and with a great bed.
Breakfast is really good and the fact it has a spa is a nice extra. Staff is very kind and helpful.
Nothing
Hotel seemed quite new so everything was very clean and working. Room was spacious and modern (plenty of plugs/outlets) and bathroom very clean with good water pressure and hot water.(Note it is a shower/bath combo and bathtub edge is quite high, use caution getting in and especially out of shower). Location was slightly away from the main area but very easy 10 minute walk. Breakfast was simple and limited (order off a menu, not a buffet) but enough to get started on your day.
Staff was efficient but not overly friendly or helpful. Also, I arrived early and was told "check in not until 2pm". Fair enough but no effort to "see" if room was ready, or offer of "we can whats app you if room is ready before 2", just come back at 2. (When I had messaged on Booking that i'd be arriving early at least that response said if a room was not available they would hold on to my bag (as I assumed.) At least that gave the impression that an early room might be available.) Not a deal breaker but a little customer service effort goes a long way.
Friendly staff, great breakfast cooked alla carte. Clean, central location.
Two ways street is clogged by parked cars, so basically there's only one way. So if someone will pick you up by car - the situation may become tricky if there's one more car moving into opposite direction.

Eenvoudig, maar prima hotel. Ruime kamer en badkamer. Vriendelijk, behulpzaam personeel.
Het ontbijt was vanaf 8 uur. Dat is erg laat met zakelijke afspraken in de ochtend.
Love the bathroom/bathtub. Great location and full breakfast offered.
Pictures are a little misleading. Room is much smaller than the photos make it look do much so that I thought I was put into the wrong room. Not as clean as expected. Old, stained carpet in the room but the bathroom was very clean. Staff were not as friendly as other hotels in Chisinau.
