Ruhiges und sauberes Hotel nicht direkt im Zentrum
Pros:

Sehr sauber, großes Zimmer. Frühstück à la carte, d.h. immer frisch, von guter Qualität!

Cons:

In der Nacht blinkt ständig das Telefon in grellem Blau, Die rote Leuchte des Rauchwarnmelders befindet sich direkt über dem Bett. Lage, etwas entfernt vom Zentrum.

Pros:

Я забронировала этот отель для своей 85-летней бабушки и себя, но, к сожалению, из-за отмены моего рейса не смогла встретить ее. В этой непростой ситуации персонал отеля проявил невероятную заботу, внимание и отзывчивость.

На протяжении всего времени сотрудники держали меня в курсе происходящего, помогли бабушке распечатать посадочный талон, пригласили ее утром на завтрак и очень терпеливо объяснили все, что касалось регистрации заезда и выезда. Даже поздно ночью они оставались на связи и помогли мне организовать печать необходимых документов, чтобы передать их бабушке.

Номер был безупречно чистым, сервис — на самом высоком уровне, а атмосфера — очень спокойной и комфортной. Также порадовала опция завтрака, бабушка отметила, что такая приятная атмосфера и еда, что было ощущения будто ты дома. Но больше всего меня тронуло искреннее уважение, внимание и забота, которые сотрудники проявили к пожилому человеку. Для моей бабушки эта ночь стала именно тем отдыхом, который был так необходим перед дальнейшим путешествием.

От всей души благодарю весь персонал за профессионализм, доброту и человеческое отношение. Такие люди делают путешествия намного спокойнее и оставляют самые теплые воспоминания. Обязательно буду рекомендовать этот отель всем своим знакомым.

Дуже смачні сніданки.

Cons:

На вулиці їздять машини повз вікна, і це прямо дуже гучно особливо вночі. Ми не виспалися😞
