Recommended not least for convenience of location
Pros:

Very close to central station, literally across the square with central bus/tram stops in front of it although most of interest is in walking distance say 10-20 mins at most. If you face the street and/or tram stops, rooms are sound proofed. Try asking for Rm 253 on the front corner, it is huge and overlooks the square. Unusually reception etc. are on the sixth ie. top floor with the rooms underneath. Do not worry about folk wandering in off the street, they cannot access them without a resident's swipe card. As well as main station the shopping centre and many historical sights plus the main channel of the Weser etc. are all within walking distance but ask for a free map on booking in. Will help with orientation.

Cons:

Across the way, as with around many major railway stations, an interesting assortment of street life seems to be attracted. Should not be a problem, at most an occasional opportunistic beggar. Police seem proactive and are always somewhere close. Do not get hyper, German drunks. drug users and drifters etc. are not a threat and, unfortunately, tend ot congregate around major rail stations.

Im großen und gannzen zufriedenstellend .

Groups of smokers congregated outside the doors, had to close windows because of the stench of cigarette smoke coming in.
Refused parking because we were on a motorcycle, so had to park in unsecured area for the duration of the stay. We booked purely on the facilities listed on site

Zum Übernachten war es gut. Keine Aufenthaltsqualitäten. Zentrale Lage perfekt.

Die Abwicklung im Hotel unkompliziert. Personal freundlich. Zimmer sauber.

Cons:

Wir waren zu zweit für 4 Nächte. Das Zimmer war extrem klein, hatte keine Ablagemöglichkeit für Kleidung (z.B.Schrank oder Regal) sondern nur eine Stange mit 3 Bügeln an die man aber auch nichts gescheit hängen konnte. Wenn jeder seinen Koffer aufgeklappt hatte, konnte man sich nicht mehr bewegen. Das Zimmer war nur mit 2 Duschtüchern ausgestattet und einem Duschvorleger, keine Handtücher. Man mußte diese extra anfordern. Das Zimmer lag an einem Innenschacht. Aus dem Fenster konnte man nur die gegenüberliegenden Zimmer sehen. Das Zimmer hat keine Aufenthaltsqualitäten.
Der Automat an dem man Getränke und Snacks hätte ziehen können war defekt. Man konnte sich aber in der Bar die gleichen Produkte holen, aber dann noch teurer wie aus dem Automat.
Die Eingangstür zum Hotel stand immer auf, sodaß Leute welche auf die Straßenbahn oder Busse warteten oder einfach ihre Zeit am Bahnhof vertreiben, vor oder am Eingang rumstanden.

It was clean and the location is superb.

Cons:

No facilities and the parking is with a fee. Overall not bad but I think with the same amount of money, if you are traveling with a car, you can find better options. Would be nice to add some facilities like a kettle, hair dryer, basic things that you find in hotels.
