Staff were friendly and super helpful. Room was comfortable and clean.
Room was very small, fine for one person.
Customer Service was absolutely fantastic, very friendly & helpful staff throughout our stay. Reception staff especially. Room was clean and had everything we needed for our 3 day stay with a toddler.
Staff were so lovely! There was an issue with the QR code for the paid parking and my partner was able to speak to them over the phone and when he got back to the hotel they gave him drink cards for the hassle.
The bed was very comfortable with firm but soft pillows which was great! TV was a fantastic size. Bathroom had shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower which is always handy!
It was good being able to sit down im the bar area and charge phone whilst waiting to head out to an event.
Easy car park in front of the hotel so you can get your paid parking sorted at reception.
Little coffee machine with pods was good.

No cutlery in the room made takeaway difficult. No microwave but I should have read the description better as it wasn't self contained enough for me and in the future I'll ensure I book a room the is contained with a couch included and ensure the windows can be looked out as it felt a little claustrophobic for me lol. Perhaps a second chair in the room would be good as it was hard to eat on the bed with white sheets 😆

Great room and good location in South Bank which is 10 minutes walk from the CBD. My room was quite big with a good bathroom etc. Bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet. Breakfast was included and there was a decent choice.
There was no late check-out offered and as soon as it hit 11am the reception were calling me in my room to tell me to get out which was not helpful.
the ibis styles was excellent, we travelled for a concert and it was in 10 mins from the location, and great all round
There was blood on the sheets, when we got into bed the first night. We didn’t mention it, as we didn’t want to cause any trouble

There was a constant running water noise coming from the vent. It sounded like someone taking a shower all night. It was very annoying.
