For a spur of the moment decision this place was value for money
Pros:

I didnt have breakfast, location was fantastic and easy to park nearby and use the public transport and walking. It was also surprisingly quiet considering the location

Cons:

It would have been nice to have some cutlery in the room as I don't like the plastic or bamboo ones when you get takeaway. Also the fragrance in the lobby area was super strong and a bit overpowering.

I will stay here alone, great staff, location and room

Loved-
Staff members were warm and friendly
Room was spacious and well set up
Location is great, great coffee and food options nearby.

Cons:

1.Bathroom, Water overflows from the shower to the bathroom.
2. I opted for cleaning however floor was not even vacuum cleaned
3. Can we have normal coffee and artificial sweeteners also in the room.

Value for money if you're travelling alone for a short stay. They make good coffee.

The water pressure in the shower. They make good coffee.

Cons:

The slanded ceiling that I nearly concussed myself multiple times going to and from the bathroom. The slanted bathroom mirror and top down light makes it difficult to see properly if you putting on makeup; The sink tap was extremely wobbly; tiny sink; questionable carpet stains.

Pros:

In theory, the hotel is situated in a good location, it is in close vicinity of Southbank and train stations which makes accessibility easy.

Cons:

Upon arrival to the hotel, I was blatantly denied the ability to stay on the property due to my sister being under the age of 18. The reasoning I received was that this was due to the bar being located on the ground floor. While the manager offered a full refund, this information is not listed anywhere within there details so please be conscious of this.
