Cons:

Very unfriendly check in staff person. Seemed unfriendly because we didn’t speak French. also shocked that there was no elevator. My disabled husband and I struggled to get bags up an awkward set of stairs and told there were no first floor rooms or rooms with parking outside nearby.

Disappointing and very tired!

Cons:

Rooms are tired and need updating. There is virtually no sound insulation, so bad you can hear every conversation occurring in the next rooms. There is no supply of extra toilet paper or Kleenex. The tub does not drain properly, meaning you must stand in ankle deep water-not hygienic. Lastly, my assigned parking for room 142 was not accessible as a shrub had grown into the space and blocked one side of my vehicle.
