La Sinfonía del Rey Hotel & Spa

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very nice, and the food was excellent. The highlight of our stay was the amazing service—the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

The location was perfectly placed in Hanoi, we never had to take a grab or feel like we had to walk for ages to go places. The atmosphere is pleasant as the hotel is well maintained, you’re always met by polite staff and the overall aesthetic is very nice. Our room was very nice and there was no sound leakage from the many other rooms of the hotel, and it came with a cute balcony and a neat bathroom. I’d definitely recommend for anyone staying in Hanoi.

Boutique hotel atmosphere that really goes above and beyond on friendly personalized service. Trang in particular was very helpful with navigation around the city, our first time there. Wonderful location in the old quarter, right near the lake, which means it’s part of the pedestrian’s only area on the weekend but also just a block away from cars if you need them. Breakfast buffet was exceptional and missed when we got back home. Everything was just really top notch. Would definitely recommend!

An awesome hotel in a great location. Staff go out of their way to assist you and ensure your stay at this hotel is the best it can be. We both had a massage which was amazing. Sky bar gives a great view of the city lights at sunset. Highly recommend a stay here and would definitely stay here again.

The star of this place is definitely the location - it’s very close to all the main attractions, making it super convenient for getting around. On top of that, the staff’s service was chef’s kiss: helpful, attentive, and always ready to assist.

Charming and in a great location. From arrival to departure the service did not disappoint. Nam Henry Nguyen was a fantastic source of local information and an outstanding representative of the Hotel staff (all of whom are professional). Tasteful decor, comfortable rooms, great location and great staff, what’s not to love?

We stayed one day at the Sinfonía hotel, and had an amazing experience. The location was perfect as we got to go for a lakeside walk around sunset. The way they greeted us with welcome drinks and snacks, the rooftop terrace, and the quality of the room all made this very memorable stay. We also highly recommend checking out the Hobbit Cafe (giao mua) 30 seconds walk from this hotel.

The staff was very welcoming and helped us with everything we needed and even gave us different tips for the city. The check-in and check-out went smoothly and we were greeted with welcoming drinks. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The location was perfect as we were near the center but it was still quiet in the evening. Also the skybar is amazing for sunsets.

Extremely conveniently located. We had almost no trouble walking from the hotel to the Old Quarters, alongside the nearby day tour pickup spots. Additionally, service exceeded all possible expectations. We were provided an entire Google Maps worth of Hanoi recommendations from our guest service manager. None of the recommendations ever disappointed - meaning that every dinner we had was absolutely on point. Atmosphere was warm, moody, with tinges of artistic flair with the paintings on the ceiling. Similarly, rooms were great, with no one having any trouble sleeping. Overall, this hotel is absolutely brilliant - and definitely worth staying in.
