Very nice, classy hotel in a great location. Within walking distance of everything in the old quarter and French quarter but away from all the noise. Very friendly staff. They also let you come back and shower, use the bathroom, etc if you have a late flight and checked out earlier in the day

Our short stay at this hotel turned into a truly memorable experience. From check-in to check-out, every staff member — including the bellman and guest relations — was warm, welcoming, and attentive. The service was consistently exceptional, making us feel valued throughout our stay.

The hotel’s location is unbeatable, right opposite the lake and within walking distance to the Old Quarter, night market, Uniqlo, and many other attractions. The atmosphere was refreshing, with a pleasant scent from the lobby to the rooms. Our room was spotless, soundproof despite facing the main road, and equipped with comfortable beds, clean linens, and all listed amenities. Having Netflix and YouTube available was a thoughtful touch that made relaxing in the room even easier. Daily housekeeping kept everything pristine, and the shower was excellent.

Breakfast was another highlight, offering a wide variety of choices and cozy seating with lake views. The guest relations staff went above and beyond, sharing recommendations for local food and attractions, which made planning our days effortless. We also enjoyed the La enMay Spa, which was excellent and great value for money.

Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. With its strategic location, outstanding service, and welcoming atmosphere, it’s a place we’ll definitely return to on our next visit to Hanoi.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind, polite, and always welcoming. They greeted guests with smiles and even provided thoughtful gifts and vouchers, which made the experience feel extra special.

The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the Old Quarter, making it easy to explore the city and all its attractions.

I truly appreciated the warm hospitality and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, lovely welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Room small but beautifully appointed and location excellent. On Sunday morning the activity around the lake (closed to traffic) full of people jogging, walking and dancing was wonderful. Great rooftop bar and lovely spa, we would definitely stay again.

L’hôtel est très agréable, très propre et parfaitement organisé. Le personnel a été exceptionnel, toujours gentil, attentionné et très efficace. Ils nous ont aidés à organiser notre transfert vers l’aéroport et nous ont même permis de prendre une douche le soir avant notre vol, tout en nous offrant des bouteilles d’eau. Un grand merci pour ces attentions qui ont été très appréciées.

Nous avons également beaucoup aimé la célébration de l’anniversaire de Bouddha organisée à l’extérieur. L’ambiance était chaleureuse, la nourriture excellente et le choix très varié.

Dans l’ensemble, un très beau séjour et une excellente dernière étape pour conclure notre voyage au Vietnam.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel during my vacation in Hanoi. The location is excellent and very convenient for exploring the city. The breakfast offered a great variety of choices and was a perfect way to start each day.

What truly made my stay memorable was the exceptional service from the staff. Everyone was professional, warm, and helpful—from the doorman to the front desk team.

A special thank you to Henry, whom I met at breakfast. He kindly shared valuable local tips, recommended places to visit, and even helped me secure a dinner reservation at Tam Vi, which turned out to be one of the highlights of my trip.

I would also like to thank the hotel for the thoughtful birthday surprise and the lovely souvenir. These personal touches made my stay even more special.

Lovely room, staff were very attentive. Jack at the bar was brilliant, he gave us some great reccomendations and was always super happy! Breakfast was one of the best I've had, loads of options. Gorgeous roof top bar!

Rooms are modern and luxurious, with an extremely comfortable bed and bedding. Breakfast was extensive and tasty, one of the best we’ve had in Vietnam. We can’t recommend this hotel enough for a stay in Hanoi!

This is my fourth visit to Hanoi and this is by far my favourite hotel so far. It is in a great location with views over Hoan Kien lake. The roof top bar has possibly the best view in old town.
Staff are very attentive and professional. The hotel feels very well maintained and impeccably clean. If you can stretch to it, book a room with a lake view for the best experience here.

I stayed at La Sinfonía del Rey Hanoi for one night from June 10–11, and it was genuinely one of the most memorable hotel experiences I have ever had.

From the moment I arrived, the level of hospitality was exceptional. The welcome drink was absolutely incredible, so much so that I asked for the recipe. To my surprise, Nam at reception went out of his way to print out the ingredients for me. That level of personal attention and genuine care is something you rarely find, even in luxury five-star resorts.

A special thank you to Tom at reception, who made my stay truly special. Every interaction felt warm, authentic, and heartfelt. The team consistently went above and beyond to make me feel welcome.

One of the most touching moments was finding a handwritten welcome card in my room from the Hotel Director. It was such a thoughtful gesture and immediately made the stay feel personal. As if that wasn’t enough, the hotel also gifted me a lucky charm so I could take a little piece of Hanoi with me wherever I travel in the world. It was an incredibly meaningful touch that I will always remember.

The hotel itself is beautiful, perfectly located, and full of character. I also highly recommend Terraco Sky Bar. The views over Hoàn Kiếm Lake are fantastic, the atmosphere is wonderful, and the prices are surprisingly reasonable for such a premium rooftop experience.

What sets La Sinfonía del Rey apart is not just the property itself, but the people. The attention to detail, kindness, and genuine hospitality from every member of staff created an experience that felt truly special.

Thank you to Tom, Nam, and the entire team for such an incredible stay. I will absolutely be back, and I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.
