Great food, great service!
Pros:

The breakfast was the best!! We had a balcony room and enjoyed the view of the pool. We also enjoyed the staff

Cons:

Did not enjoy the massage! It was extremely rough and I had to stop the massage therapist as I felt bruised.
The location was a bit further away from old town but it was a short grab so it’s not a bad thing but just something to be aware of if you enjoy walking to everything. It’s not really walkable to old town

The property is very conveniently located and walking distAnce to old town . The staffs were friendly and it was facing a lake . The room is spacious and clean

Lovely stay
Pros:

Service was lovely, one of the staff gave me a wonderful gift of a lucky charm which I adore. Beautiful hotel, perfect location.

Cons:

My partner found it a little noisy, could hear outside noise at night.

Couple trip in Hanoi and excursions.
Pros:

Location is very central. Staff is excellent and knowledgeable about touristy bits in Hanoi and can easily book excursions for you. Private or Group day trips.

Cons:

Everything is fantastic at the property. Breakfast service can be a bit better, but that would be very picky of me to not give it 5 stars regardless.
