Un très bon hôtel qui s’occupe vraiment du client

Wonderful stay in the heart of the old quarter
Pros:

We loved the colonial style of the property and the interior finishings, the rooms are comfortable and elegant we had a balcony which really made it . The spa was great and the treatment was by far the best in a while . Great attentive staff, fantastic location .

Cons:

A few more drink or juice options at breakfast were needed

Amazing stay. Great Staff and location. Staying here again when I visit again.
Pros:

The cleanest hotel I’ve seen. The staff was very welcoming and they remembered you and your likes/dislikes. Breakfast was amazing. We had a group of over 35 stay and no one had any major issues. Great place.

Cons:

Mini bar could be converted to a fridge to cool down drinks especially for those not accustomed to the type of temperature in Hanoi. They did accommodate when we requested to change it.

Pros:

Die Lage ist super gut und das Personal war so super professionell und freundlich

Cons:

Die Junior Suite ist recht klein gewesen und der Balkon war leider auch winzig. Es ist draussen schon sehr laut also nichts für empfindliche Ohren

Amazing service, great location and great rooms.
Pros:

Exceptional service, great location and comfortable rooms. We felt very welcome here, everyone was super friendly and helpful. Also loved the rooftop terrace. Breakfast was superb.

We had Executive rooms facing the back and it was very quiet despite the fact that a marathon took place in the middle of the night right outside the hotel. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely service!
Pros:

We were delighted with our stay! The staff were a highlight - so kind, fun and welcoming.

Henry did an excellent job in guest relations . He was able to share an entire list of his favourite local recommendations.

Breakfast was amazing. There was a huge variety, larger than any buffet breakfast that we have seen before.

Located near the lake and Old Quarter, it was easy to make our way around.

Thank you - 5 stars was easy to give! 🙂
