Very good location for our event at the Wembley stadium, room was very comfortable especially with the air conditioning.
Returned to our room from our event at 12.40am to find loads of people including children in the car park and corridors outside the rooms. To which the children were blocking our way into our room, once in the room there was lots of loud talking in the corridors outside our room and children running up and down the corridors.
Jan was absolutely amazing! We arrived very late at night after a gruelling 10-hour drive from Geneva, having also missed our ferry and had to wait another 3 hours for the next one — a total journey of around 13 hours! 😅
My daughter was exhausted and feeling quite sick after the ferry ride, so Jan’s understanding and kindness in welcoming us so late meant a lot. She was such a warm and wonderful host.
We stayed in the twin room, which was spotlessly clean, tidy and very comfortable, with plenty of facilities for travellers. Everything we needed was there.
I would strongly recommend staying with Jan and would definitely come back again — although next time, I promise we’ll arrive much earlier! 😂❤️
Thank you, Jan, for making the end of such a long journey so much easier!

Just very convenient, Eastcote is lovely & perfect for London .. all staff are very courteous , friendly & helpful
Nothing special
We booked two rooms, but while we were out, one of the rooms was cleaned. When we returned, the staff would not allow us to enter the room, even though it was still before the official checkout time. This was very inconvenient and disappointing.
Staff really good with my elderly parents.
Rooms a bit tired now.
Location. Easy check in .
Room, whilst large with a kitchenette and sofa, was very tired
bed was comfortable. room had air con'
Bathroom needs up dating
Staff behaviour
Room was pathetic. AC was not working.
Eastcote is a lovely location - lots of coffee shops. Handy for the tube.
Minimal breakfast choice - better to go into Eastcote.
Easy check in and staff were pleasant
Felt like a youth hostel - very tired and dated.
