Dirty sheets, old and out dated - Housekeeping is close to appalling
Pros:

The location is prime with restaurants and a grocery store close by. That's about the best I can say. We knew it was sub-par when we booked but it was close to our family member so we took it for the location. When I went to lay down, I pulled back the sheet and the bottom sheet had stains all over it. It looked like mold or somebody had soiled it with feces and it was washed but stained. We asked if we could get new sheets and they said housekeeping is unavailable but we'll bring you sheets and you can make it yourself...ooookay...that's what we did but when we pulled off the stained fitted sheet, the mattress had dirt and crumbs all over it. I was horrified so we ended up double-sheeting it all to protect ourselves. Then the toilet plugged up as it didn't have enough power to hardly flush toilet paper. After trying most of the morning, we gave up and asked for assistance. They said they would send somebody up but nobody came and after a half hour we left. When we got back, it had never been fixed so we called again. Oh, I'm sorry, she said and we'll send somebody right up. There's a knock at the door, we open it and we are handed a plunger and they walk away. Apparently everything is self-serve If you go, walk in with low expectations...no, lower...there you go.

Não tem transfer para o aeroporto, diferente da maioria dos hotéis. Funcionários pouco cordiais.
