If I could give this hotel a negative rating or zero stars, I absolutely would! My family and I stayed for one night, and we woke up the next morning completely covered in bed bug bites.

To make matters worse, the staff was entirely unbothered and unsympathetic to our situation. We understandably refused to stay for our second scheduled night. Despite this, they still charged me for a full night's stay and hit me with an early checkout fee!

DO NOT STAY HERE.

After the General Manager (Mr. Capella) and Mr. Solano refused to assist me further, I officially filed a formal report with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) and the local Health Department. Save yourself the stress and health risks—go somewhere else!

Does Not Live Up to Its High Rating
Cons:

The bathroom had a strong sewage smell coming from the drains. We had to go elsewhere for breakfast because some of the food was not replenished, and there were long queues for other items. The hotel itself feels quite outdated, and the air conditioning was very noisy, making it difficult to relax. Unfortunately, we would not choose to stay here again. In our opinion, this accommodation does not deserve its fantastic rating.
