I was attending FIU orientation so across the street. Very convenient.
There is no ventilation bathroom. So much humidity and extremely amount of birds there. Many vehicles are get super dirty over night

O café da manhã é bom, mas poderia ser mais completo. Em determinados horários o salão do café ficava muito congestionado.

As camas eram confortáveis. A localização era boa. A TV a cabo tinha boa programação, mas o sinal caia muito.
O café da manhã era MUITO ruim. Só tomamos no primeiro dia, depois tivemos de ir de starbucks.
A recepção estava constantemente sem ninguém para falar e as vezes com apenas 1 funcionário.
A limpeza dos quartos era MUITO ruim, a começar pelas janelas que eram pura sujeira, imundas. A limpeza só passava de 2 em 2 dias e mesmo assim as vezes somente no final do dia.
Acabou a energia dos nossos quartos 405 e 407 ao chegarmos tarde da noite na véspera do checkout e o funcionário do hotel sugeriu mudar de quarto aquela hora, o que não fizemos. Após a recusa tiveram que acordar o responsável pela manutenção que consertou a luz. Por fim, cobraram uma taxa no cartão em dólar sem avisar, reclamamos e disseram que iriam estornar, porém mais de 24h após o checkout ainda não houve devolução.

I think that the only hotel in all Miami that doesn’t have check in before 3:00pm is that hotel , the receptionist told me that she doesn’t have room available until 3:00pm , and when I go out to buy somethings she give a room to a person just arriving , so I was like I don’t understand she told me that there is no rooms available. Been honest my first time and my last one in that hotel.
