The location was very nice

Hotel room was roomy. Loved it had a walk-in shower. Four minutes from Marina State Beach and close to Highway, restaurants and shops. Bed was very comfortable and free full breakfast. Offered free coffee and cold water in lobby throughout the day.
Obviously, it has seem a lot of travelers so some of the furniture needs replacing and the bathroom have chipped tiles. Breakfast ends early at 9 AM every day. Walls are a little thin so you can hear neighbors if they speak loudly or have young kids.

Bed cover had spot, chair cover was old and ripped. Wall has spots
Like the location and the size of the room.
Compared to other hotels that offer breakfast, I personally did not care for the selection provided. I felt it was minimal at best. And again I'm comparing to other hotels that offer breakfast. Provided more options other than waffles, eggs, sausage and cereal.

This property is not clean.
The first room we were in had standing water in the tub and black stuff coming out of the drain.
They switched us to a new room which had dirty sheets. When we went downstairs they handed us new sheets told us housekeeping was not in and said they could not provide any compensation. The shower water had a very weird smell to it and made me feel itchy all over.
For over 600 dollars it was not worth it.
The property was very comfortable, and very close to many attractions
I was very happy about this property
