Expensive service with very low quality
Cons:

We booked an airport transfer for $30, but the representative never showed up to meet our mother. She had to take a taxi, yet the hotel charged us for the transfer anyway. Furthermore, we had a late check-out after 13:00, but she was forced to leave at 11:45. Unprofessional, disorganized, and dishonest charging.

Отель в центре города, но ночью было тихо. Стены толстые, соседей тоже не слышно. В номерах чисто и приятно.

Wonderful cozy hotel
Pros:

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The location is great! Center of Yerevan and a few minutes away walking to Northern Avenue. The room was clean and had all facilities. The breakfast was good and had a variety of options. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

I enjoyed staying here. Please consider installing a bidet in the bathroom.
