For the first time, I had to leave the hotel immediately after arrival. The reason is the terrible smell of paint inside. It was not possible to be there. I asked to change the number, they said everything was taken. I decided to go to another hotel and asked to sort it out and refund the money for accommodation and breakfasts. It was midnight and there was no one to wait for. I left the hotel. At lunchtime the next day, they texted me wondering why I had left. After my explanations, they said they couldn't return anything, and anyway, they checked everything, everything is fine. I wished you luck. Comments are unnecessary.

Приветливый персонал, чистота в номере, вкусный завтрак и удобное месторасположение.

Cons:

понравилось все - приятные сотрудники ресепшен, очень приятные сотрудники отеля в целом и дамочки, отвечающие за завтрак) все невероятно дружелюбно и приветливо.
в комнате очень чисто и было все необходимое - фен, чайник, холодильник (со снеками), халат и тапочки. в моем номере был даже балкон, чтобы наслаждаться утренним Ереваном под звуки птиц и городскую суету )
отличное расположение, прекрасно работал вай-фай.
Да! еще очень важно для меня - в комнате было идеально тихо!
